Terrible service! It has always taken me 2 hours with an appointment to change the oil but today it took me 4 hours there, they have never respected my appointment time. At work it doesn't take more than 30 min.
Very good at selling you a car but very bad at part's with warranty I can't believe that you guys don't keep the receipts on your system now we have to bring in a receipt that's ridiculous I don't even have that problem with auto zone bad service

We had to take our business elsewhere after our most recent interactions with Rudy (at the Pre-owned Fox Toyota department) and Devin (at Fox Toyota Lexus). We considered ourselves Toyota Family. We were expecting the dealership to help us build our new 2023 Toyota Sequoia or allocate the one of our choice. However, due to the lack of thoroughness and attention. We decided to explore other brand options and that is how we were enticed to purchase this other new vehicle we possess now.
I’m giving a 2 star and not a 1 because Hunder the sales person provided excellent customer service. Finance person did give us the wrong info that cost me additional $400. Upon signing we were told the vehicle was sold “AS-IS” when I asked about the crack on the windshield so I left it alone since Hunder gave us such a great deal. A few days later I purchased a replacement windshield locally for $400 installed. I then get a call a week later from Toyota about my windshield arriving at the dealership and to bring it in for repair. I was also told they could not offer to reimburse me for my cost of the windshield. They also did not want to give me the replacement windshield.
Bad customer service as mechanical work they do the work as in prossess mess other parts, thats have been fine till they fix them an have to payore as much as parts an gaskets inner changed are done poorly just for my gaskets re done a year ago an have oil leak reside on gaskets seals, had to take it poe toyota an had the repairs re done…. Better machanics at poe toyota…. (Fox deals an support trash)!

Pedro and Tony go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy! They sold me a second a vehicle and they have been the best and very understanding of a customers situation. I will highly recommend them to anyone. It feels good to be part of the fox Toyota family!
I forgot to post my review but I had gone for some service and it was super early, yet Janeth greeted me with a wholesome genuine smile. She helped me complete my 25k service, oil and tire alignment all under an hour. Thanks again Toyota!
I was on my way to Ft. Stockton, realized I had a headlight out, and needed to have a new headlight before I could travel at night. So, I was really in a bind. Fox Toyota made me a 3: 00 p.m. Appointment in the short time I had available, I arrived precisely at 3: 00 p.m. And they immediately took in my car, replaced the headlight for a reasonable price, and I was on my way in 45 minutes. You just can't beat that service! I was very impressed and pleased!
Unfortunately, I have had plenty of bad experiences at this dealership. From the beginning, I started experiencing issues with the brand new vehicle. When I brought it into the service department, I was disregarded and treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. It took them over a year to find that the new car had a faulty fuel pump. Even after I had brought it in on multiple occasions. In that time, my under two years old car has also had issues with the ball joint and sensor issues.
The latest, I brought the vehicle in for inspection and due to issues with the system it wasn't registered. I now have been asked to return, meaning I have to take time out of my schedule to either come in before 8 or on a weekend, even if I had already done so. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Will never use Fox service again. Made an appointment on a Thursday for the following Monday and it was scheduled for Friday twice and twice I called to reschedule. On Monday I showed up only to find that my appointment was nonexistent and I was treated as a walk in. After two hours of waiting, I cancelled my appointment since there was still 6 other customers ahead of me. No one offered an apology or a solution as seems to be the case with Fox service. Will not use again.
This is the worst car dealership I have experienced, its was like when I bought my car the dealership got GHOST.l left phone messages no one calls back even the manger of the department are hard to get hold of.
Went in to get maintenance done to my vehicle and was assisted by Ashley, Ashley was great on customer service and providing details into what would be done to my vehicle. I highly recommend her to anyone who is needing any assistance or help at Toyota amazing service along with the wait time waited less than an hour! Awesome service!
Excellent service, took in my 2010 camary and technian couldn't find the problem. Toyota kept car for extra days and still nothing wrong was coming up neither electrical. I pickup my car which was wash inside and out. Toyota didn't charge for diagnostic because no problem was detected. Thank you Tanya you are great and excellent service too. Thank you Toyota for not charging me a dime. Love it.
