I’ve been meaning to leave a review and just never did. Back in October my fiancé proposed! The day before my fiancé instructed my best friend to take me out and for us to get ready for a best friend couples shoot (our fiancé’s and us). We came to find an outfit and my best friend had slipped to the boutique manager that I was actually getting ready for my proposal but didn’t know it. The girls were amazing! They got a feel for my style and were handing me all kinds of options and ultimately helped me pick my dress. I honestly felt like a Princess. They truly made it a great experience which made the proposal even better!

I love Francesca's clothing. I interviewed here 5 years ago for an entry level seasonal position although I've worked on my Masters in Business Administration in Marketing but didn't finish it and that was over 10 years ago. I've also worked seasonal retail in 2 other long time established department stores and stayed to become on shift supervisor and customer service manager and open and closer at Sunglass Hut for a few years before 2001. Well, The interview went very weird to say the least. Nevertheless I wore a blazer and crew neck camisole to the interview with my blue nile pink sapphire bar necklace plus my Kate Spade Wire frame lense glasses with prescription as recommended by my optometrist then because I have some astigmatism. I still do.

Interviewing in 2016, I was a newlywed for the first time ever living in the Woodlands Texas (with my new husband; we've been divorced since September 2019) who showed up in my New York and Company Houndstooth blazer purchased in the Woodlands Mall that year ready to start work as soon as possible.

I was surprised when the interviewer appeared tongue-tied when I had questions about the store's procedures.

I still love and support Francesca's clothing styles very much and would be happy to be considered for interview with them presently as I've also been a live model for a few fashion shows. I normally wear an XXS In their tops and dresses. The dress I'm wearing in my photo here is an XXS.

I'm also wearing another XXS Francesca's dress in my instagram account but am featured here with my Alma Mater Baseball Cap from the University of Houston where I attended and graduated with my Bachelor degree over 15 years ago.

The ladies working on 7/13/2019 (around 3pm) were absolutely incredible. The customer service was awesome!

The Staff here is great, especially the store manager Taylor! Love this place, its always my go to for any event.

My favorite store! Here's why: a boutique that has a wide variety of clothing, jewelry, home decor, gifts, and other fun things, all at great prices. Great online and in-store sales. Customer service that goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Example: I ordered an item, and it was mismarked in the warehouse so they sent the wrong (but similar) item to me. I called, and they told me to keep the item and they'd send the correct one to me (no extra charge). Turns out, they were completely out of stock on that item for good, so they sent me an email saying they'd refund me the money for that item plus 50% of the most expensive item I had on that order. They know how to keep customers coming back!

I went to the Champion Forest #003 Francesca's for the first time a couple of months ago, and met associate, Britney Boyd;

I just want to say it was literally the best, above and beyond retail experience ever! I actually came in sick with a sinus infection, and exhausted from work, but desperate to find something on short notice for a formal Persian wedding that was happening in 2-3 days, and I was treated like royalty at the store! Britney had a vision and wasted no time dressing me perfectly head-to-toe! Britney was poised, stylish and extremely friendly and I left more than satisfied in only 20 minutes right before the store closed!

I can't say enough how much Britney's kindness and ability to help meant to me, and not once was I judged or treated less because I was a sinus mess straight from work. I don't usually leave reviews, but I just had to do something this time, after such a wonderful experience.

I am now a forever loyal Francesca's lady and even after now visiting other Francesca's stores, no one can quite hold a candle to Britney's above and beyond customer service! She and the rest of the staff at that location are amazing!
