Someone tell your employers at this Francesca that 10 am is 10 am. They open the store everyday easily half an hour later. Guess they still need to wake up. Also, haven't met so many rude people other then this store.

My experience here has always been pleasant! The staff is helpful and friendly. Their selection is amazing, as well as their sales.
