Very unprofessional and rude. Walked in ready to splurge for myself for my birthday and wasn't even greeted. There were 3 individuals there who I walked past several times and not greeted nor asked if I needed assistance. Mind you I am a minority but I am a professional and still was treated like invisible. Never shopping there again. Lost my business.

I would actually give it no stars. Manager (La Cantera) on Sunday Aug. 21, blonde girl was very rude and refused to even exchange an exact pair of earrings. The original pair, the post broke from simply trying to remove from its packaging. Manager wanted us to pay another $8.00 for the exchange bringing the earrings from $16.50 (orig) to $24.50 for cheap earrings. She was full of it! Exact same earrings were found for the exchange! I could understand if they were different. She lost 4 customers today that will never go back and buy anything at that store. Plus any of our friends and family we will also, tell not to buy their cheap merchandise. Buyer beware!

I love this store. Always clean and organized. Can find more styles than in other stores. The girls are lovely and very helpful all of the time.

Laura was unprofessional and did not take the time to address my questions surrounding the return/exchange policy. She did not make eye contact and completely dismissed me. I am a valued customer and she made me question whether or not I will do business with this company going forward.

Used to love going to Francesca’s and loved all their cute clothes! However, I have bought multiple dresses from their store and after I washed them they shrank completely and looked like a shirt. I have never had any other problem with their jeans or tops but their dresses shrunk even shorter than the slit underneath. I’m afraid to wash my other dresses from them. I did what the label said and I washed them in cold water delicate cycle and hung to dry. I will now only be shopping for jewelry there because their dresses are not cheap and it’s SO DISAPPOINTING to see them come out of the washer shrunk to half it’s size.

I bought some clothes online and everything looks great quality! The cashier was nice at La Cantera’s store.

I’ve been to this store only twice. I went the first time to give it a try because I love this boutique (I live closer to the 281 location one) and I was at la cantera and decided to shop. I walked in, no greetings, no communication, the girls were talking to themselves. I’m sorry but if you’re in sales, you great the customer and tell them what they have today or if they need any help looking for something. Every single time I go to the other location I’m ALWAYS greeted and treated like royalty, and they do it for others too because I hear them. I had told my home location how I didn’t like the La Cantera location because the LC location staff NEVER greets anyone. These ladies are just standing in the register just gossiping away. This is not how you’re going to make sales Francesca’s. I’d suggest training the LC location ladies better or hiring new staff because obviously they’re not doing their job right. I always walk out of my home location with bags of clothes and shoes, when I go to the LC location I walk out with NOTHING. There’s obviously something wrong there!

Store manager and worker would not let me inside in 100 degree weather and only two people were in the store. They said they were close but still had ten minutes until closed. Never have I ever been so disrespected. I will never shop here again. I will be sure that my friends know about this and never shop here either

One of the best stocked Francesca outlets in the San Antonio area. Purses, bags, jewelry, accessories, pants, tops, sweaters, boots just about everything for the well dressed woman. They usually have deep discounts and plenty of choices and sizes on the discount rack.
