Dr. Vera is very knowledgeable and he's always looking for new ways to help me improve my health.

It is refreshing to have a Doctor that listens. Dr Vera is great and his compassion for his patients is very apparent.

Dr. Vera Francisco is the Best Doctor. He is compassionate and caring. Office staff is Wonderful as well.

This is the worst doctor's office, would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ABANDONED AS A PATIENT. We have been trying to call the office to get a prescription refill for 2 days, called the office at least 10 times each day all during business hours and every time we got an automated message saying the office is closed. Had to use their "after hour" operator service to leave messages for the office, even when we called at 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm. Got the operator 2-3 times and the office has not called back. HOW ARE YOU RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS? !

WHAT IF YOUR PATIENCE NEEDS LIFE SAVING MEDICATION THAT YOU WILL NOT RESPOND TO OR CALL BACK? !

I was late fir 20 minutes because there was an accident at I45 he wants to reschedule me then he accepted to see me so I paid my co pay the secretary told me that it will be. Long wait I said Okay but lets me wait for 2 hours so I walked out

Professional, efficient, and compassionate

Has been my primary physician for several years. He is also consistent, considerate and practical.

The staff is amazing make me feel welcome and the Dr Francisco very patient and the most I like is that he pay attention and is not in rush. Thank you

I went to the office for a routine medical exam, the charge the insurance the routine exam and another one like a non routine exam, according with them because the doctor tells you the results of the lab.this is ridiculous

Doctor Vera is an amazing physician! Very thorough and have an excellent approach with his patients! He is very knowledgeable in all aspects, takes his time attending his patients and most importantly listen to them!
His two nurses Martha and Isis are incredible! Excellent bed side manners, knowledgeable and patience.
Unfortunately the front desk ladies are extremely incompetent and rude at times on the phone and in person! As well as the office manager very matter of fact and incompetent. I’m very disappointed of the service they provide. They need costumer service training and if they do not like to deal with public I will suggest to find a different job!
The only reason I will come back to that office is doctor Vera and the nurses. But sadly I will have to deal with the front office staff!

My father has been a patient of Dr Vera for almost a year and every time we go see him, we have a great experience. His nurses Isis and Martha are very professional and friendly, not to mention Dr Vera is amazing and takes great care of his patients. They make us feel like family! Keep up the great job!

I liked Dr. Vera because he made me feel confident, most of all I was able to explain everything to him in my Spanish language, the nurses, Isis and Martha who attended me were very attentive and affectionate, I recommend going there very professional and very attentive.
