Frank Martinez MD reviews
18Normal visit with about the normal amount of wait time. Nothing negative that I could say about the visit. Heavy flow of patients.
I've never met Dr Martinez owning nurse practitioners. I'm not going back ever again need to find a new doctor. When you go in they're going to treat you like fast food get you in and get you out so they can bill your insurance this place is pathetic
Pateint doctor and does televists. I loved the fact I didnt have to go in unless I need labs drawn.
I’m from Houston moved here and had heard a lot a negative things about physicians in Corpus. I first went to a Dr Samuel Oyolo. HE WAS HORRIBLE- I FELT VIOLATED OF MY HIPPA RIGHTS. His staff was sketchy as well! I was recommended to see Tracy Peña PA at Dr Martinez office.
The parking was fine. The appointment was at 11: 30am and although I waited 30 mins it wasn’t so bad. The front desk receptionist was sweet. The nurse assistant was friendly. Tracy Pena PA was wonderful! She listened and let me ask questions, she made me feel special and gave me attention. Such a blessing away from that previous doctor! I am happy so far and WILL BE BACK! KUJOS!
The receptionist is always rude to me if my mom isn’t there with me and refuses to check and see that my insurance does in fact cover everything.i can never get ahold of them on the phone and if i do they hang up on me.i requested an appointment online and they asked my preferred form of contact and i chose email.they still called me and then never picked up my calls.i went in to get blood work and they saw me sign in and let me sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes before another patient came in for blood work and they told him no nurses came in to do blood work.they honestly seem really overworked and understaffed so i get it but truly can’t handle them with my anxiety.
Everyone in this office is polite and professional, compassionate and caring. Appointments are scheduled at a reasonable time and they make every effort to ensure everyone's safety. I am extremely happy with the medical services I receive.
I am the happiest I have ever been with Nurse Practitioner Jessica Gagnon. I am a new patient and I was treated like family. She actually took the time to get to know me and really listened to my concerns. Not to mention, I told her I wanted my skin tags removed, and she removed them right then and there! I had upwards of 45 of them. Her MA Brandon is wonderful as well. I am reading all of these negative reviews, and I am wondering if they were at a different office than me!? I definitely recommend Jessica Gagnon. You will not regret it!
You never get to see the Dr only the nurse practitioner and she talks bad about the patient behind their backs. She does not try to help you only tries to discourage you.
I actually enjoyed going to this practice. I asked to see another provider after a couple issues and they discharged me from their care without written or verbal notice. I spoke to the office manager after i tried to make an appt, and she stated that she didnt know why i was dropped. So, i guess if you chosse this practice, never ask to see another of their providers. Now I'm scrambling at holiday time to find a new dr since i have monthly meds. People really just dont care about people anymore.
I used to love this office and Jessica Gagnon, she was an awesome doctor, but these days I can NEVER seem to reach anyone that can actually help me. I have needed a medicine refill for days and they just dont answer the phones, even during office hours. They only want your money and dont care about your well-being anymore.
Charges outlandish fees visits and drug tests ($225 drug test not covered by insurance) and then says because I’m negative on a drug test I can’t continue medical treatment. What on earth is going on? !? I’m being taken off benzodiazepine medications cold turkey. A warning and tapering would’ve been appreciated. Don’t go to this doctor if you appreciate avoiding seizures.
Very passionate Physician he always listens to me and my problems. I would highly recommend Dr Martinez.
Been coming for Franks office for years. Always easy for me to get in and out. Mgmt is great and the NP's are also great.
They offered me a home virtual visit since i was uncomfortable going in with the COVID 19 crisis. Virtual visit went well
Explained to the office manager that i couldnt get an appointment due to no openings. She was able to get me in to see the practicioner becuase I was in so much pain. Thank you!
Had an issue with my meds. Spoke with the Office Manager "Delia" and she was able to everything sorted out and I was able to pick up my antibiotics that day.
I was need a referral for leg pain and I was able to get it with no issues. I know have an appointment with a Podiatrist.
Called the office to make an appointment. I am a first time patient they set me up to see the Nurse Practitioner Jessica G. Currently waiting on my appoint but seems to be hassle free so far. They were quick to answer and giving me an appointment. I Filled out all new patient information online.
