I got my first oil change yesterday. First I called on the phone and spoke with a man and asked him about services provided, he told me that they offer a synthetic oil change for $74.95 which I thought was reasonable so I pulled up. Service was fast and straightforward. However I told the lady that I wanted a synthetic oil change, she did not ask me anymore questions than that and after the service was done it was almost $100. I was confused because I thought I ordered the synthetic oil change but she actually charged me for the full synthetic price which was $89.95 + tax. That annoyed me a lot because when I told her I wanted a synthetic oil change she didn’t even ask which one I wanted but she automatically charged me for the most expensive one which I think is super shady and deceitful, especially as a first time customer. I wasn’t in the mood to agrue so I just paid it but beware when coming here be sure to specify which synthetic oil change you want, I would’ve been completely fine with the super synthetic oil change for $74.95. I doubt I’ll come back because I peeped the shadiness and I don’t like that. Shame on yall

There’s a sign outside the door that says 79.95 for a synthetic oil change, there’s a sign behind the computer that says 75.95, there’s a laminated print out on the computer that says 75.95. I get my bill, it’s 89.95?

I know it’s only 10 dollars, but it’s the principle.

I heard the guy telling another customer they provide fast friend service. Maybe fast friendly AND fraudulent?

I went there for my first time today and usually these kind of establishments intimidate me as I know zero about vehicle maintenance. I needed an inspection and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I was greeted kindly by a guy out in the parking lot and then continued to be treated with professionalism and kindness inside. They gave me details on my brakes and replaced a headlight for me that I didn’t even realize had gone out. They went above and beyond, I will be back!

I came here for a full synthetic oil change. They got me in and out for a reasonable market price, and they went above and beyond when it comes to service. Everyone was so friendly, and they even fixed something that had been rattling in my exhaust for YEARS that so many others left unmentioned. I won’t be going anywhere else for my maintenance.

6 different times I went to places that advertised state inspections. All either had broken machines or no inspector. Went here and was in and out in 5-10 minutes. Will be returning.

Frankie and his family are simply the only people I trust with our vehicles. After Mister Car Wash turned into a Valvoline, I searched for a place where I felt my business was welcome and found this auto shop to do my oil changes. Now they are my go to for general repair because the work is always correctly done with the personal attention of the owner and operator on site. His son is a gifted mechanic and always leaves the engine compartment clean enough to eat from. Attention to detail and REAL personal care is what I need and this shop delivers that to an astounding degree. The price for work has never been shocking and communication is outstanding. I have regretted taking my car anywhere but here in the last two years. Take 5? How bout Take Never. Thank you Frankie!
