There’s no doubt in my mind that Frank’s people are knowledgeable and do excellent work. They replaced the gas lines to my parents home in June 2022 and did an excellent job. I’m now selling the house and Roy came and gave me an off the cuff estimate of $700 just to put a camera down the main line. He said he had to check City records about depths and such and could then give me an estimate for replacing the line. In LESS THAN AN HOUR I received a proposal for over $11,000 for this work! There was not time for the City records to be reviewed, in my opinion. He also offered no assurances about them damaging my sprinkler system. I have two other estimates, both at $6,500 and was only charged $150 for the camera. So I’ll go with the gentleman who wrote a review prior to this and said “if you have money to burn, this is the place”

Frank's Plumbing did not hesitate to get the Technician (Eric) out to our home within the hour, after our rescue puppy chewed the wires and disconnected our AC unit.
They saved us from having to go to a hotel for the night. They will never know how much I appreciate that.
Eric was professional, and informative, telling us about the AC unit, and how some puppies respond to them.
We have been doing business with them for many years, and I pray that it continues.

Garrett did a great job getting us able to do laundry and use both sides of our kitchen sink again. If you've got dogs he appreciates them.

I have used Frank's many times and have always enjoyed their service. However, I recently had a new house under contract and I called to see if they could do a pressure test to check for leaks, which I have never had done before. The woman I spoke to made my appointment and said "okay, it's going to be $89 for the service call" I said no problem. That was the extent of our conversation about pricing. My realtor met the plumber, who was fantastic once again, at the new house and signed for the work. I was surprised to find out the cost, by seeing my card be charged $700. Frank's already had my card on file because I have used them many times before so they just charged it. Now, I have since learned that isn't an unreasonable cost for those tests, I have no issue with that. My issue is the deceptive conversation I had on the phone with the woman who led me to believe I'd be paying $89. Why tell me about the $89 but not the other $610? I didn't ask further about pricing because I thought we were both clear that it was $89. If I had the information before hand I would have only done the $200 water line test, and not the $400 gas line test because I knew the gas line was fairly new. And it did pass, so I paid $400 extra for nothing and it could have been so easily avoided.

Whole house backed up on a Friday after 6pm, Franks was the only place I could get ahold of to come out. Skyler came and took care of it within a couple hours. Super nice and helpful. My family thanks you!

Eric was just out to take a look at our AC unit that stopped blowing cold air last night. He replaced the capacitor? And explained what it does and wasn’t doing. He’s great at explaining and answering all my questions! Thank you Eric!

These guys know their business and fixed the problem. Professional, courteous, and went right to the problem. I love this company. The real problem is B&M Assets Management, B&M Asset Group LLC, or B&M Amarillo Homes … etc. Please don’t buy a home from these people. It may look good on the outside but its all a veneer covering a money pit.

I was very impressed. They were knowledgeable and professional. They did everything they said they would do. Their expertise in completely removing the old heating and air, designing and installing a new system and moving the HVAC to the attic, has made an unbelievable difference in the comfort of our home. They cleaned up at the end of each work day and when they finished you would have never known they had been working there for 4 days.

Larry was an excellent tech. Explained everything he was doing, costs, and details about the equipment. Wonderful experience.
