Love these guys. For those who think they are too high. I guess you have other outlets. Do they question what you charge to install? Luckily we live in America and we can charge what we wish and you can shop where you wish. Isn't that great? As for knowledge, I think they know as much as any distributor. You are supposed to be the expert, not them. You place an order, they fill an order. That's how suppliers work. I've used them for years and totally happy even when warranty issues arise.
