I came to Nissan looking for a lease on a new Nissan Versa. The salesperson Omer Sharif worked with us and made sure we left the dealership completely satisfied. I ended up getting a lease for a Nissan Altima for an affordable price. Omer gave us many options based on our price range and worked with us all the way up to the point when we left with the car. Great service!
First time using the service department at this dealership and it was a great experience. The service manager Gerald was absolutely amazing! He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and had great customer service! Above and beyond in all aspects, would highly recommend working with him and his department.

By far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership especiallywith today's market. From the sales reps Tania Fuentes and Jose Molina to the finance manager Imran Sharif. I would highly recommend this place for your next new or used car. It was a quick and painless experience and Imran didn't pressure us to add any extras. First Class Service!
I came in today under a time crunch, and instead of the stereotypical "we'll waste your time to wear you out" games dealerships in general are known for, that was not the case here.

I really appreciate the superb quality of customer service experienced at Fred Haas Nissan. It is becoming all too rare these days to find such a commitment to good customer care. This is reflected even in the area of customer safety. I noticed that they had someone employed to disinfect the waiting area on a continuous basis, as soon as a seat was vacated, he came behind and sprayed and wiped them down. I was impressed.
Johnny Boy was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and really expedited the process from start to finish. He worked hard to get me in my price range. He also took the time to review all of the features of my new Nissan Maxima. I definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car. A really cool guy!

Had a issue the first time we visited the dealership to purchase a used car and they really tried hard to remedy the problem. They kept us updated constantly regarding the used vehicles that were available and coming soon. They were extremely helpful when one became available that we wanted.

Took my car to the dealership to be serviced. Requested shuttle service. Shuttle was a no-show for more than an hour. Messed up my plans for other appointment that day. Had to stay until the servicing of my car was done. Sent the feedback on the abysmally poor shuttle service to Laura and the Fred Haas Management team. It has been more than 2 weeks since I provided this feedback but they could not be bothered to respond. Providing complimentary services like timely shuttle rides is something that most dealerships have available for their customers. Truly disappointing that Fred Haas could not be bothered with catering to a wholesome customer experience!
