People always complain about car dealers, but my interactions with Fred Haas Nissan have always been exemplary. The service advisors, especially Jeff, have been couteous, professional, and helpful, and I feel that diagnostics and suggested solutions have been on target and appropriate. I have not experienced "upsell" here. Dealership amenities are excellent. All in all I have been extremely satisfied with Fred Haas Nissan, and anticipate purchasing future vehicles from them.

Brought my car for the battery to be checked. I always ask for my favorite Service Advisor, John Fails. He's always efficient and knowledgeable. My car was checked out and recommendations were given to me. I was satisfied with the service given!

I purchased my car at Fred Haas Nissan in 2015 and I’ve been taking it here ever since for maintenance. My service advisor Don McIntyre was very knowledgeable and patient with the questions I had. You can tell he is truly a people person and he treats people with respect and not just as a number.
I don't write many reviews, but I have to tell you how wonderful it has been to work with Don McIntyre at the Fred Haas Nissan Service Center. Long story short, my car had been sitting at a different repair shop in the area - the guys there quoted me at a $2000 repair and kept the car for over 4 weeks with excuse after excuse. I finally decided to have the car towed to Fred Haas and see if they could figure it out. Don called within minutes of them receiving the car and patiently walked me through their process. By the end of the day, I had a new diagnosis (completely different than what the other shop had diagnosed), and most of the repair was covered under warranty. Don has been so kind, and such a great communicator through every step of the process, and called to check on me a week or so after picking the car up to wish us happy holidays and make sure things were still OK. My car is as good as new. Don, thank you for everything.

I called ahead and explained my auto issues to Daniel and he listened and invited me to proceed immediately to the location in Tomball, Tx. When I arrived I was greeted by service staff and escorted to Daniel. Daniel took excellent care of my car by addressing all of my concerns. I was in and out in approximately 2hr and 15 minutes.
