Clueless! Didn't really help my situation. The lady kept calling her supervisor but didn't tell me what was going on. I had to repeatedly ask her questions. It was like pulling teeth. Poor customer service. Lack of experience or training.

Yes o agree with all of you the ones having BIG issues with FED LOYA. He is only and nothing but at thief under the Fred Loya insurance as a cover. All criminals pay a price also.

The worst business I have ever dealt with. They don't answer their phone nor call people back. I have been waiting for over three weeks for Natalie Rabolino to call me back on a check that is half of what I am supposed to receive with her name on it and still no answer. How do people like Natalie even have a job?

Not happpy at all with fred loya has refused to remove the lien holder from the check which causes the bank as well as for any body shop to get the ball rolling The Body Shop won't sign the check because the lien holder is on the check the bank won't sign the check because the body shop is on the check so what the hell am I supposed to do with this check just throw it away? Yeah I'm sure that's what they want this Fred Loya! They told me to change my choice of repair shops as well as the lean holder.why should I? It's a merry go round so that I will get tired and give up.so they don't have to pay out! How many auto shop do I have to go to the hear the same thing over and over! Why should I have to change my bank because the bank refuses to sign a check because the auto repair shops on it! There's no way out of this maze I think Fred Loya should really reconsider what they are doing to people like me it's not like a million dollars worth of damage they don't even care that we're driving in a car that was beat up by hail and did damage to our window they don't care I would like very much to find a way to sue them for what they've done I encourage everybody out there to not consider fred loya its not worth the few dollars you save it's not worth it at all the headache and the arguing and the bad customer service is just not worth it! Thanks for nothing fred! YOU ARE MEAN MR. LOYA!
