I like the fact that they were able to help me out, Mr. ROY was friendly and explained to me, also it was a fast service and cheap pricing.
I just wanna say employees are upset why they haven’t changed things to make it more safe for everyone when most things can be done over the phone. I don’t know why management wants customers stepping in the offices when they don’t even have cleaning supplies right now with COVID. Employees have to buy them out of their pocket, I hope they get closed down for sanitary conditions. It’s so unprofessional and they even lowered the employees pay and yet their helping out small businesses with $5000 a week! They’re hiring like crazy it’s starting to look like a call center, they even pay like one too. They don’t care about their employees even less their customers.
I went in to add a new vehicle to my policy. I got there at 11 am and didnt leave until 3 pm! They made me go through a list of literally 100 people answering what my relationship was to them, and to top it off, the lady helping me was new and she kept making mistakes. It was so frustrating. Especially because I had the car salesman there with me because he had to drive the car over there so that they could take like 30 pictures of the car.
I would have given 5 stars, however there's a woman that is just plain rude. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. I actually switched insurance companies just because of that.
Been here 3yrs or more in this insurance and They lie everytime I speak to a representative.
They have to many mistakes and/or misinformation.
I had been paying for a truck is not mine I dont know for how long and am still waiting for the appointment and/or the call to solve an issue.
Gladly haven't had any accident, and am not surprise if they deny my coverage if I have one.
Just waiting to finish my three monthly period and looking for a real serious insurance not a joke one.
Why because they deny to make refunds.

Gave me a quote over the phone, call and check on me about going in to do the deal all week, I go in spend and hour waiting and signing papers only for them to come out and say we ran your record and you’re uninsurable with us. I’d think that you’d do that before you give someone a quote to give an accurate price but typical Fred loya bad service.
