Absolutely terrible company. They keep taking their payment and they say they didn't then called me saying my policy got canceled due to no payment yet it came out of my bank then a month later they take another payment and when I called them and they said no the policy isn't canceled so I told them I want out and we signed all the papers and they still took another payment

I got to do what I needed tgat was full coverage to my new vehicle and to a pretty good price. But have to go back because even though I told the lady that I sell my other vehicle so I didn't need that insurance no longer she didn't give me the paper work to cancel it.

I would give a five star rating if they had a better phone answering service.

The worst insurance agency I've ever dealt with. My driving recon is clean and their rates go up every 6 months it doesn't make sense. Go to progressive or state farm they have the best insurance in Texas.

Shelby and Laura at the 1960 office went above and beyond for me. I will not deal with another insurance agent other than then. Customer service and knowledge were above and beyond. I will say they could do a better job of answering phones. But other then that job well done. Thanks guys
