Fred Loya Insurance, Dallas TX

Went here to get renewal pictures since it was close. The online hours stated it was open. I pulled the door it was locked. Looked inside no one there. I called the call went to the call center customer service. She said it’s suppose to be open. I went to do the door and there was a lady sitting inside at the desk. She came to the door I asked was she open she said she was on lunch (SHE WATCHED ME COME TO THE DOOR AND SAID NOTHING) You’d think they’d have more than one person working to cover while the other is at lunch. Smh definitely wasted my time.

I went to this location to finalize my quote that was done through the phone. However, once I got to this location and spoke to agent Berenice, she was very rude & unprofessional. Due to her lack of customer service skills, I decided to leave that location and started my policy down the street. This location needs better training for their employees.

THIS LOCATION IS EITHER PRACTICING FRAUD OR STRAIGHT UP THEFT.

I had a good experience at this store. I was greeted as soon as i walked in (which is not always done) and the staff was very informative.

I am not a client but one of their customers hit my car and now they don’t want to pay for my damage in my car they don’t want to even fix it or pay my medical bills they just want to keep my car for $3000 didn’t want to fix it at all

I have insurance with them and there customer service sucks and when your payment is due it's not stop calling everyday and it's 3 or 4 times a day everyday til you pay it. They are not very good company

Fred Loya Insurance are Scammers. Go to a more reputable insurance company even if it costs a bit more. It'll save you in the long run

They have the worst customer service. The representatives are not knowledgeable or well trained. They are overcharging me for a mistake made on their part. And they will never disclose the proper information when you have a complaint. I got the run around on several different levels. I am cancelling my policy. Run from Fred Loya. They are not for the customer at all. They just want your money

Worst insurance company. I would give zero stars if I could. Poor customer service. Unethical business practices
