Fred Loya Insurance, Mesquite TX

Terrible customer service. Was put on hold several times and no one would help me. This location is inside Walmart

Cheap insurance but the coverage is bad and no full coverage option, no uninsured motorist option, no using your vehicle for work (commute only). If you just need cheap insurance then fred loya will work

I've had insurance with this company for over a year now & they're great! I highly recommend them to everyone!

The workers at the store location were friendly and helpful, but the company as a whole needs to better communicate with each other. Everyone is working hard to help, but no one is communicating internally resulting in confusion and frustration. Also these guys will start calling and hounding you for your payment before it's even due. BACK OFF FRED LOYA!

Lost hope sitting in the air, the wonder women in the office welcomed us in and attended to us very well. Miss. Amanda has an amazing personality, she is very personable and informed us about every step in the procedure. Miss. Liz was professional and very sweet. These two ladies made it an easy experience getting my insurance up and going on my car! Had us out with our insurance in a timely matter. Thank you both!

I dont even want to give this place a star, they are lazy ass people that doesnt want to cover anything, my mom trouck got broken into they didnt do anything, now someone did a hit and run they still dont want to do anything, ilwhen i get my car I WONT BE GOING HERE AT ALL THEY SUCK!
