Unfortunately I got a rude representative named Rene who’s fast talking, wouldn’t let me speak and over talked my entire conversation. She spoke as if I was 2yrs old and honestly swayed my future business away.

I have been with this office for a while now. I am now on a fixed income and sometimes I am a lil late with my payment but they know I am calling to make my payment and they NEVER make me feel (less than) I am greeted as if I am always important. Thank U to everyone in the office.
