Gave this place a third try tonight. This was not it. Was waiting for 30 to 40 mins in the drive through. I get to the window and no “im sorry for the wait” or anything. The cashier is there dancing. I know the food is never like the ads but the burger looked huge on the pic. I got a burger the size of a mcdouble (not exaggerating) the fries tasted like soap. And the food was cold. The only thing decent was the dessert. This was horrible.

Our customer service representative Mitchell went above and beyond his Call of Duty and personally deserves a raise and management opportunities. This comes from a tenured manager. Five stars earned from Mitchell

35 min wait at the drive through and staff was moving like snails when I got to the window. It was like they were going as slow as possible on purpose, it was so bad.

I ordered the turtle sundae and it was the best sundae I have ever had! They were very friendly with the chocolate and caramel sauce and the pecans. It was delicious!

I've never had issues with my orders here. Love the shoestring fries. My only issue is from time to time this location's drive through will take forever.

First time here. Very cool place. Fires were good, burger was good had to try the custard and well it was also good. Cannot go wrong here. Wish there were one closer to me!

Nothing wrong with the workers I just wasn't pleased with the food itself. I went in the drive thru and the parking lot was nice and clean the store looked clean from the outside. It was just the food.

The staff is AMAZING! So friendly! We are from put of town and tried this place after leaving top gold! Walked it and the great smells and clean place fave a great first impression! We got our order fast! And it's so good! Definitely will be coming back here every time we are in town!

That place is amazing, the steak burger's are everything. The service is awesome, and the cheese curds omg!

The first time we went it was new and the burgers were too salty. We tried it again a couple months later and it improved 100% on the sodium level. The menu has variety and everything so far has been good. Custard is different but still good.

I wanted some icecream in a small cut for the same price they would not do it. But before that happen I pulled up to it the handicap spot. They cop was trying to make me move when I have a sign lol. I told him he need to read my sign. Hell if I didn't need it I wouldn't use it.

Had the number 1 Freddy's double sll the way. It was awesome, if you make room for dessert they have a nice selction of ice cream sides.

My family only goes here for the desserts and we really love it. Nice clean place our family can chill as we hang out and eat.

Two stars only, my first time trying this place, order got mixed up, everything was OK, I'll give it another chance, i'll try a different location.

Great food and wonderful staff. I forgot my wallet at home and was hoping they had the option for Apple Pay, but sadly the didn’t. They accommodated me none the less, which I’m extremely grateful for.

I have also found this place to be a great place to go when you’re on the Keto diet as they do a lettuce wrap for their burgers and it doesn’t fall apart like other places.

Outstanding for a fast food restaurant, you food is ready very quick. They give military a discount. I support any business that supports our military, so far.

It was a fast food joint, good food and servive I just can't get past the weird little french fries.
