Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, San Angelo TX

Haven't eaten here in a long time. Mainly because the last time we were here i couldn't eat the burger because it was too salty.
This time it was very good.

The food was okay. But the customer service was terrible. Also, it's overpriced for what they serve. Will not be visiting this location again.

The food was good but I'm not a fan of shoe string fries. My burger was made to order but the fries were cold.

Had a nice meal, the food was good. The patties are thin and greasy, which IMHO means GREAT! Fries were seasoned well, and the custard is very good. Probably the most noticeable thing on this particular outing was the young manager doing training while we were eating. He appeared to be early 20s, maybe late teens, but the way he was training this other young man was impressive. The core values and customer service focus that he was putting forward were impressive, and he truly seemed to feel what he was saying, not just regurgitating a corporate line. My grandkids were with me and we enjoyed a very nice dinner in the diner tradition.

Freddy’s is one of our favorite places to eat. We drove almost 100 miles one way to come eat here. The food was good, not as great as usual. But…. The place is dirty to the point of being a health hazard, and the smell is rancid! PLEASE DO BETTER AND CLEAN THIS PLACE!

Dining in leaves something to be desired. I think their soft serve machine is leaking or their cleaning is lacking because the smell of bad dairy is unmistakable.

Some of the best burgers you can get in town. If you're familiar with Steak n Shake, they have very similar steakburgers and fries. I love that Freddy's has cheese curds, and their custard is to die for!

Enjoy Freddy's never had a complaint anywhere I go. Burgers are excellent and the fry sauce is the best

Worse food I have had from Freddy's. Everything was cold. Fries, onion rings burgers and horrible chicken tenders. Gave us the wrong drinks too. We couldn't even order from the app, had to call restaurant to place order.

Came here for the first time today. Normally avoid the drive through because of incorrect orders at other places. Took a chance with the drive through and Ryan and the kitchen got everything right. Food was hot and good. Thank you.

Friendly service. Great burgers and fries! Also soda machine has lots of syrup for every soda. Root beer is the best there!

Went to Freddy's with a friend at like 9: 00 pm. We weren't aware of the hours, but the manager (?) informed us they were closing at 10. We were told very abruptly to leave the restaurant at around that time. Later on, my friend and I were in my car talking in the parking lot. An hour later, the manager (?) & her partner (?) sat in their car facing us with their headlights on, flashing their brights and honking their horn. They proceeded to park behind my car and came up to my window. She told me, "I need you to leave my parking lot. " My friend and I were taken aback due to her hostility and unprofessionalism. I have been to this establishment many times in the past and have never been treated this way even after staying inside after closing hours. This doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth or my friend's (this was her first experience at Freddy's). Very disappointed.
