Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Pasadena TX

The food is good for a fast food place when it's made correctly. They seem to have a high turn over of employees and there seems to be little training for new employees. I like to order some extra stuff on my burger and many times the sandwich is made incorrectly. I order chili-cheese fries on every visit and almost never am given a fork. I'm tempted to ask the employee how they eat chili-cheese fries. I say no onions on the fries yet there's onions on there from time to time. Anyways, check your order before you leave.

The food wasnt hot, the resteraunt use to be good, the kids that work there scratch their hrads, wipe their noses then want to handle your food i just through my foodaway and ent to another place to eat, you guysneed older people working instead of all these kids

Usually, I don't have any issues at this location and would rate it at 4-5 stars. This weekend I made a online order for my family to pickup and it was ready when I got there. However, my order was slightly messed up. I asked for unaweet tea and was given sweet tea. I ordered the jalapeño pepper jack double with lettuce and tomato, and they forgot to put the jalapeños. Finally, everybody's fries were rather soggy, which is odd because their fries are usually very crisp because of their shoestring style. Hopefully, it was just a bad day, but hope next time they pay more attention to the orders.

Don’t get custard through the drive through cause they will always give it to you first while you wait another 10 minutes for your food just watching it melt in your hands

Best steak burger in the area.
The quality of the ingredients is noticeable & appreciated.
This is the first restaurant & location that my 8 yr old son ate his whole meal, including my onion rings.that was approximately 2 yrs ago.
Its our favorite Daddy/ Son place for a satisfying meal.
We havent visited near enough though recently because of trying times but we will see you again soon.

Surprisingly good burgers and fries! Service was quick and friendly. Nice 1950s diner decor and environment. Will definitely return!

2nd time I've tried this place. I put the steak seasoning on my burger and it was a good choice. That Clausen pickle is still a great move

First time and it was so delish! I got the jalapeño double burger that comes with onion rings and my boys got the chicken tender baskets. Then we had the small ice creams in a cup and they were a good size and very yummy!

10/10- fresh meat, slim fries, fire fry sauce; staff is always nice. Gives fashioned diner vibes.

Yum¿¿ who doesn't love melted ice cream? I wouldn't touch the food with a ten foot pole! We just go here for the melted ice cream.

This is my new favorite spot for chili dogs. They also make an incredible chicken sandwich that you must try. The Oreo shake is also a five out of five I mean they can’t do no wrong. They are absolutely spot on with the service, the food and quality. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend this place it is a five out of five every time and I’ll be back again.

My family and I came for lunch at this location, food was excellent, so was the atmosphere. Girl who took our order was not very friendly and it seemed like she was a inpatient with us.

Food was hot and fresh. It actually looked just like the picture. The customer service was immaculate.

Last week we went to our normal Freddy's location in Pasadena. It was another pleasant visit as usual with the awesome food that we are accustom to getting there! If you have never tried Freddy's you are missing out

Overall the food is tasty, fries are very small and thin. Service is ok, but they don’t quite understand all orders. Nice that you can use Apple Pay.

Grilled chicken was surprisingly good, most places do not have a good grilled chicken sandwich, burger and fries were fresh and hot and very tasty
