I just bought a new Chevy and it is amazing. The automatic starter, heated seats and steering wheel blew my mind this morning. Michael Walling was an awesome salesman honest and patient. They gave me an awesome deal a couple grand lower than the already highly rebated price.

They could not work on my vw brakes or would not.
I had it towed to Central Auto in Kerrville.
Central fixed my brakes. The pads were burnt up and two were about gone. My car smelled like strong burning smells from air unit. The rotors had to be replaced.
I was all alone in an unknown town. I had to stay at an expensive hotel charging me 250.00 a night on the weekend and 30.00 a night for my dog. The hotel was under construction too with clouds of dust everywhere especially the lobby.
The Chevy service man said, from what i recall, " this is a Chevy house not Volkswagen and i told you that on the phone. Your brakes seem fine and i am going to lunch. We have to put chevy and our customers first. " So, i left.

I am moving my rating up due to very nice GM who cares how all are treated and inquires.

When my older car broke down I thought I was done for. I decided to take a chance and trade it in. I have never bought a new car so I went in with very low hopes. Allan at Bob Price tried his best for me. I went home after trial and error thinking I would never get a car. Allan went out of his way and finally found a way for me to get financed a day later. The emplyess are very nice n friendly, usually can disolve our problem pretty quick. But I dislike this company itself. U fortunantly I have it for now. But ATNT HAS GOTTEN WAY TO EXSPENSIVE AND HATE IT IF YOU DON'T BUY YOUR PHONE FROM THEM. THEY TRY TO SAY THEY ARE JUST NOT GOOD PHONES AND HAVE THE EXACT SAME ONES FOR SALE THEY JUST HAVE ATNT ON IT. Service department really slow. Even when you have an appointment. Simple oil change took over an hour and a half, made me late getting back to work. I ask if it would be done in time for me to make it back and I was never given an answer.

From my early morning price inquiry with Lance's immediate response to my ultimate noon purchase with Alan's help, the entire process was seamless, professional and courteous. I'll be coming back again in 10 years.

Had oil changed and tires rotated. Had flat while traveling and could break lugs due to over tightening. Had to call service truck out to break lugs. Not a happy camper!

This is the absolute best experience we have ever had on buying a vehicle. The customer service was outstanding. LT is a super salesman and Dan Hall is top notch. Alan was great as well. Very fast service - they replaced a broken tail light. Such a great place if you have to have service - always professional.

We were coming into town for our anniversary, and my alternator went out, about 3: 30 on a Friday they got my truck right in and was done within an hour AWESOME customer service. Thanks to Bobby and Omar for the great customer service.

The service department here left a lot to be desired. While they did fix one of the problems I had to have it towed in for, they told me they "couldn't replicate" any of the other issues and needed me to pay for more gas to troubleshoot (under warranty). I dropped it off with 1/4 tank and they only put 20 miles on it and burned through 100 miles worth of gas. They clearly let it idle for a few hours, realized it was almost out, and wanted me to fix it for them.

As soon as I got it back, I took it to Capitol Chevrolet in Austin. They were able to replicate every problem I described and are working on fixing those.

They would probably be fine for service and problems that are really obvious, but the troubleshooting skills left a bad taste in my mouth.
