I had talked to Crystal all week. I got approved for the specific vehicle and got my down payment and my monthly payment from her. We talked all week and she told me what to bring and planned for me to come today to buy the vehicle. She texted me all morning after confirming my appointment and she told me to tell her when I arrived. I walked in and sat down only to be told by a salesman it had been sold this morning. I came 45 minutes away. Only to be asked “well do you want a Kia? ” No! I wanted the Ford Fusion 2019 I was approved for and told I would be there today to buy! Waste of time and poor poor communication with your sales department! I won’t be back! I would give a zero but wasn’t an option.

I am pleased to report my extremely exceptional experience with Fredy Kia. And while I know it takes a team to make such true, Elizabeth Evancho was particularly sublime. She immediately and pleasantly greeted me, found out all that I was hoping for, shared with me where I could find pleasantries and comfort, and gave me an expectation regarding time. Before I knew it, I heard from Elizabeth with the news that my vehicle was already done, well in advance of what she had promised, and she then shared with me several services that I might want to consider in the future as well as others that were truly not necessary. I loved her honesty, kindness, professionalism, wit, and a general awesomeness. Nice job, Elizabeth! I will definitely be back.

Update: We received a return call. The staff did an outstanding job and were very professional in assisting us with our new vehicle. We cannot thank them enough and we will be returning to Fredy Kia for all our vehicle needs!

Character. That is what is lacking at this dealership. I called in the morning to check if the car I saw posted on Fredy Kia’s website (Kia Soul LX IVT 2021, listed at 16.2k). Was still available. I also checked because I know that dealers (the not so honest ones) will tack on additional things that quite frankly are rip offs (over priced) so I called to check that the price I saw online would be the price of the vehicle (plus tax title and license of course) would be exactly that when I came in to buy and the internet sales manager told me yes it would. I told her I was recording this phone call just to cover my back and she said it was fine. Now I live about 40-45 min away and told them I would be coming in. Now I drive there and what do you know, the price I got was 22k+ walk out. Dead serious. 16.2k plus tax title and license would never go past 18.5k. So what do I see on the term sheet? I see 20k base price with 1k add ons. When I was walking out (I told them I was leaving after 2 min from seeing the term sheet, I stand by what I say) the sales team tried to stop up front and told me they have a new term sheet. They just changed sale price to 16.2k but then changed the dealer add in from 1k to 3.5k. I wasted another 5 min (I was trying to make it to another dealership before they closed, didn’t make it) with passive aggressive manager guy before walking out but not with out a condescending “now y’all drive safe you hear? ”. What can you possibly do to a base model vehicle (I test drive it nothing was different from all the other base Soul’s I test drove already.) that is worth almost 20% of the cars value? Well now I get home and check the website and guess who changed the price back to the 19K+ price? How is this even a good sales tactic? Does this ever fool people? You know the worst thing about this though? When I got mad (I think I deserve to be a bit peeved for driving across town on an empty promise.) the a guy that gave off manager like vibes began to tell me to calm down in a super passive aggressive way. I don’t know about you but I rather someone be rude and upfront than be dishonest and passive aggressive. If you are considering this dealer for the advertised price online, trust me when I say you won’t get it (without all the add on you just can’t live without, sarcasm). Save yourself time and till money.

The sales representative I had Randy was awesome! But the finance guy name Gill is not to be trusted. I told him several times that I did not want the extended warranty. And he still added it telling me that I need it. I went up there to have it removed. So I waited a while and called the warranty company and it was still not removed. Know I have to take another trip to the dealership.

Nice place to get a car they do try and help you out But! Be honest with people from the start don't give them the run around cuz people could be doing other things.

Scam artist! Stolen my money for a car that worked two days and motor blow and they wouldn't refund my money just came and towed the car away.

Mario helped me out with my buy and he followed through on everything he said. My price was a little higher than expected but I also have a college student's credit so I think it is what it is in that aspect. But as far as service, I had a great experience.

Excellent customer service! Nicole Cortez was my advisor and she is very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about how to maintain my car just from listening to her for 15 minutes! The way she explained things made it easy to understand. Thank you Nicole!

I'm a business owner from performance discount I ordered a part when I go return it the salesman stays non-refundable Points at the receipt and shows me where it says that understandable.he don't even look if the box was not even opened or anything I don't think it's right if I didn't get the right part I should pay for it the parts not even opened.they didn't give me the time or day to explain what happened.he told me that's how it works there.so reality f******

Bait-and-switch. Went to look at a car advertised online. Even called just before I left to make sure they had the car. And of course when I show up it's not there. Wasted my entire lunch hour for nothing.

We walked around for a good 10 mins and nobody came to help us. We even walked inside and waited but all the salespeople just looked at us and turned their backs. It wasn't until we were leaving that someone finally said something but by that time we were done with the place.

They wont even give warranty on a used car, the $25 gift card is a lie, theyll push you into buying a new car so they can earn more commission and Matt nazar, and daniel the lead manager is just tricking people into buying over priced cars for them to make money off their employees. I used to work there until they held my commission check, they blame all the faults on employees and wont even check themselves first. Save your time and money and head to a better dealership.

I brought my Kia Optima to the service section. To my surprise I figured the car would be dirty or they would take too long. And they were great I'm so impressed, they kept me up to date they were extremely informative. It did not take long to service my car. They will shuttle you home. I'm so happy I took my car here.

Called sales department about 5 times the first time they picked up the phone and hung up immediately and the last couple of time they just did answer. Guess I’ll be going to gay kia.
