I don't like being ignored by the "Guru" that replies to everything.

Your website and app will not let me get my rewards. Not even a Free drink.

I have purchased 3 online orders from here and I can't even even apply the free drink reward much less anything else. No free chips, no promotion codes. The app and the website are a scam i guess.

None of the rewards work.

Servers on the line should be required to wear hair nets and gloves. Several have long hair that is unkempt. Lost our appetite and left after waiting in line and witnessing the show

I would love to say this place was great but the service here was just terrible. The young lady that serves are food did a half fast job that looks more like a diet option then a Freebirds bowl. The worse is when my vegan boyfriend found chicken in his bowl and was internally sicken by the sight and almost eating that.
When we went to tell them the problem of the cross contamination of his food. The younger lady who clams to be the manager, who had this vile attitude when we approached her with the problem.
She acted like she didn’t care and after telling her the situation all she could say with an attitude is “ ok so what do you want me to do about it? You want me to make you a new one or something”
The way she just said it was just so revolting, she acted like she really does not care about the customer or how to fix any kinda situation when faced with one. What kinda manager acts this way to customers.
Not sure if we even want to come back to this location if the staff and management act like they don’t care about there jobs. They really should be retraining all the employees and looking for a new manager because this literally killed both our appetites.

Food is usually very good but bummed on my last DoorDash order they only filled the queso halfway

Yummy spot for American burritos! Good size and taste! Prices are fair. Spots very clean and put together. I like their rewards programs.

This new Freebirds opened in my neighborhood. It's a new restaurant to me and I'm a big fan. Good selection of food choice & it's super fresh. I've had a burrito I shared with a friend for eat in. Also a bowl to go.

This place is slappin'! I had to develop some self-control because I'd eat here every day!

Tried out this place since it was new but I think that was the problem here. Service was great and really nice staff. Sadly the food was not good at all. Mushy rice, flavorless ingredients and the chicken tasted like it was made with a cheap Mexican seasoning packet from the store. I think if you want to try this place out wait until they figure it out first.

The food and the service was great. I am glad to have a Freebirds close to home. I give a 4 star review because of the B Class Coffee Shop music playing.

Wonderful location near Boerne! Staff are very kind and the food is amazing! Prices are also good for the amount of food you get. Recommend the prime rib burrito!

This place has the most delicious food bowls I have ever had! The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and it has delicious food. What more could you ask for! I'm glad I stopped here!

**check your pick up orders** 3rd time I ordered online for pick up, 3rd time they forget to add an item. This time, I ordered large chips n queso. Got the queso and no chips! I would have gone back myself but my son picked up the order without checking. So frustrating

I wanted chipotle but i didn’t wanna drive so far while working.i decided to try free birds and it was actually super yummy! There’s actually spice in the food and it’s really delicious!

They did a great job opening this store. The staff was green but were able to make it all come together.

Very small portions, the lady was counting the black beans given out. Stingy people. Not worth the value for the amount of food you get. The chicken was under cooked and cut up into small pieces, so they could save the amount of chicken given. The chicken was soft and watery and pink in color. It was frozen chicken and not fresh from the grill. The rice was mushy and overcooked. Very very disappointed. The franchise owner needs to read this review and improve. Chipotle beats this hands down, chipotle is 1000x better.

This is the new location in Leon Springs and it's already set up for success. The food was hot and fresh, staff was courteous, and dining room is nice and clean. Our cashier, Cole, was very helpful and polite. Sure would be cool to win burritos for a year for this review!

I'm so excited about this location. This is something Leon Springs needed. Food was amazing. Really liked the prime rib.

So freaking excited to get a Freebirds in Leon Springs! Today was our second trip since they opened last week! Absolutely delicious and highly recommend!
