19Amazing service. I assure Maddison (edit) me feel had used to go to another dealership but their customer service was really lacking. I called and was able to get in the next day. Madison greeted me at soon as I arrived. Even though we only needed a small repair under the Chrysler contact, she never made me feel like she didn't care (like the other place). She kept on constant contact and the repair was completed in one day as promised.
Was not looking for a vehicle was just there to service my 2020jeep but they made me a offer I couldn't refuse. Now I have a 2023 jeep. Wow what a weekend
Had a tricky key problem that others couldn't fix. Matt got mine done on record time. Thanks Matt and Freedom!
I bought a blazer there. 1month after. The stering wheel got loose i almost had a terrible accident. I told the dealer they said they cant do nothing about it and with warranty they even told me i need to pay for the cost repairs. This dealer is a joke terrible
Sales Service advisor Robert was a hot mess to be working with. Never would answer the phone or messages and when he finally would, he never had any answers. He would say “let me find out and ill call you back”. Finally had Madison help me out and she was very helpful and ontop of everything but when I picked my vehicle up after 3 weeks… I realized they broke my logo and didn’t fully connect my headlights correctly. Sales advisor Travis, the hispanic looking guy not really sure if that was his name, told me they were not responsible for any of that and wanted to be a smart mouth. So they broke something off of my car but weren’t going to fix it is what he was saying. The manager even questioned his answer and got it fixed for me because he said they are “indeed” responsible for it.
Terry Owens is top notch! I have been working with him for my last two trucks over the last 7 years. Terry works his magic to diagnose and prevent future issues and he is so friendly and happy. He takes great pride in his work and treats each customer like family. He is thorough with each request and makes your service appointment the best experience possible.

Paige, provided me with exceptional customer service. I hated to see Travis Moody go because he was my go to but now I have Paige. It's great to walk in and be greeted with quality customer service & concern. I needed-way more repairs than expected on my car and the price was not anticipated either but Paige made what could have easily been a bad day a Great Day.
Honestly they did their jobs so thank you. The only thing I wish they have done is even out all my tires PSI. The extra effort. Plus better chairs (preferably comfortable). Thank you

Unsatisfactory, I made two different appointments for a recall, and each time, I called before I went and they said that they had the part in stock yet when I got there I was told not only was it not there yet it was 6 people ahead of me and they are only allowed to order two parts a week. (WHAT) that makes no sense, so again, I had to leave and wait for a callback so don't call them they will call me, and then got a text saying I missed my appointment with them. (really are yall serious)
Me and my wife went to Freedom Chrysler and was greeted by Chris, he was very attentive from the start and was patient with us as we went through the process of getting a good vehicle, I would definitely recommend Chris if someone were in the market for a new vehicle.
My experience at Dodge dealer was fairly a good experience even though I had some complications with my car for the first time taking it with them after receiving it back maybe just about a week ago maybe two weeks ago and had to take it back, but as of receiving it back after it overheated with me, receiving it for the first time back after I took it back I am having no trouble after getting a replacement of mine radiator heater cap
Not bad. Communication on parts could have been issued earlier on when they would come in.
