Freedom Ford is, without a doubt, one the friendliest dealerships that has serviced my Ford truck in years. They have that "small town", personable approach that is so inviting, and also the very professional service that I have come to expect when I arrive at a dealership with concerns regarding my vehicle. For example, on my recent visit, I had to return to ask a question about an electrical issue. Everyone, from the service advisor, the mechanic, the service manager, and the electrical specialist all came running to help. Now THAT is professionalism and service at its zenith. I very highly recommend Freedom Ford of Greenville, Texas.

I informed them the truck was acting funny! At first I was told, “well you signed the as is agreement” all I wanted was some customer service and a look at it! The guy that said well too bad, said the Sakes manager would call me! He never did! I fiinally got a hold of him and he was sort of helpful but referred me to the mechanics. I was told I had to wait a month to see him or I can drop off the truck with no loaner car! (how do I go to work) before they called me and just before my 2nd payment, the TRUCK BROKE COMPLETELY DOWN! I HAVE BOUGHT FORDS SINCE TGE ESRLY 2000s never ever had a problem! They SOLD ME A LEMON SND SAID TOO BAD! Pull up the negative reviews and it truly sums it up!

I have been searching for a specific Ford Bronco for a while and finally found the exact one at Freedom Ford in Greenville, TX. Mark Herrera, Ethyn Doyle and Stephen Chandler provided an exceptional buying experience. They maintained communication each step along the way and were also flexible in supporting our Thanksgiving holiday schedule last week. After a long search, the easiest part was working with the team at Freedom Ford. Thanks for putting me in my perfect Bronco!

Mark was great, friendly and willing to help. Was a little disappointed in the fact that Freedom ford offered no kind of certification on the used vehicles they sell. Overall easy to work with.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because the length of time that it takes to service my vehicle, compared with the same service at a different location most likely wouldn't take as long.
Otherwise, all employees there are friendly, and the Dealership is immaculately clean.

20 years ago I bought my 6.0 at this dealership! Took it for the very first time to have repair on water leak and check steering. She said 700 for leak repair, one hose. Then she said 200 to check out steering problem, I said okay. I told them to check gear box and they said it’s okay! Then took to mechanic down street and they replaced gear box which was under warranty and it fixed my problem. Total cost 918.00 bucks. II can not emphasize how disappointed I am with the Ford Industry right now and Freedom FordI! Never again and I don’t recommend this business to fix or to purchase!

Took my vehicle in for oil change and was very pleased with the service. Charity, my service advisor, is so nice and friendly. I’ve dealt with her before and she has always been amazingly kind, courteous and helpful. She is the BEST!

The customer service up here is just horrible. Heather was the worst. She was rude and disrespectful. Heather please learn how to treat people how you would like to be treated. The way to talk to customers will make you not come back. I do not recommend this dealership.

Heather Bobenhausen in the service department was an absolute joy to deal with. Between setting up the service valet to pick up our vehicle (at no charge!), to keeping us well informed on the pricing, timeline, and everything else to do with our vehicle. She was transparent, kind, and went the extra mile for us. We will absolutely continue coming here because of Heather.
