Staff tried to convince us that "62mph rating" is tires put on all Harley's.
. Left there fast.

We drove an hour to get there for a ryker that we liked on line but the price on line said 13,000 we get there and it said 13 on the bike and when you talked to the sales Manger he said it was 24,000 because of the up grades if it's 24 it should say 24 on line so you don't waste your time we got a different one and most of the time you buy a new bike thay fill it up with gas but thay didn't

Brad in service is a little prick. It's easy as hell to take your money but hard as hell to check a service manual on a Drain line.

Clay in the service department gave us a reasonable estimate (> $1K) over the phone but once the bike was dropped off for an inspection the quote increased well beyond the value of the bike (< $4K). I ended up being charged $350 for the inspection and they didn’t even bother to reinstall the top end and the parts were in boxes. When I questioned the $350 labor charge, Clay was rude and disrespectful. One star is too generous based on my experience.
