Went shopping this past Saturday, found a 2020 Honda Talon 1000x4 that I really liked, my sales associate Jeremy McDaniel was very helpful in explaining the information I needed to purchase this UTV, appreciate the help from Heather and the service department. If you plan on shopping for a ATV or UTV make sur you ask for Jeremy, thanks a lot again

My husband and I recently bought a Honda Pioneer from the folks at Freedom Powersports. We live about 2 hours from the Farmers Branch shop, and the initial purchase was done completely over the phone. Jeremy was our sales rep, he was very easy to work with, and his communication throughout the process was awesome. When we arrived at the shop, Jeremy was busy, and Heather stepped in and got things going until Jeremy was free. We bought some accessories for the SxS while we were there, and Luis took care of everything we needed. We probably met half a dozen employees while we were there, and they were all professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Jeremy worked with us until we were through loading and driving out of the lot. It was a positive experience from start to finish!

Greatest shop in Dallas! Definitely must visit. The whole team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Bought my first bike and didn't feel any pressure to buy right away. The second you walk in it's a friendly environment and make you feel like family. Shout out to Colin in sales for being honest, Keith for going through the whole bike maintenance, and Jason for dropping off the bike and giving me some pointers.

Expect them to mishandle/ not read paperwork.
They filed my Ninja 650 Streetbike as an offroad vehicle.
6 months later I still haven't gotten a license plate

Parts department is a joke! They have no parts for current bikes. Worst ever. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Go see Johnny Russel in sales! He and the whole staff are super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying experience. The prices are fair and the service is outstanding.

Just bought my first brand new bike here. Reasonably priced, not too pushy. A pretty chill shop with nice laid back folks

Terrible service. Won’t call back or return emails. Leave people on hold forever. Sold a bike I was promised same day without telling me to someone else. Bad business practices all around. In a competitive marketplace they should go under, too many other good options.

Heather and Lucas were awesome to work with after their Lewisville store screwed me! Can’t wait to buy another one here next year!

Very disappointed with this store. They will falsify information just to get a sale, even if it means putting a child in danger. Also, they are not willing to take ownership for their mistakes and will refuse to answer your call or get back with you.

This place is the only place that sells Kawasaki parts in Carrollton. They sell sport bikes and 4 wheel motorcycles. Not much in the way of cruiser type bikes. Sales people are nice, but be prepared to wait for service or parts assistance.

Lucas, Jeremy, Jordan, and David facilitate a friendly and inclusive buying experience for new riders. At no time did I feel overly pressured to buy a motorcycle, and at all times I felt like I was getting an honest explanation and good advice. The buying process was simple, the staff was great, and I would gladly recommend this location to any new rider interested in a Kawasaki motorcycle.

November 2016, I brought my 2013 zx6r in for routine maintenance since I had prepaid for the service plan. Basic 13k with valve adjustments. Got the bike back and it was leaking oil, badly. Turns out not all the hoses and gaskets were put back correctly. Brought it back to the dealer after thanksgiving and had them go over the bike again. They told me that they had fixed it. Within the span of 2 months, I had to bring the bike back a total of 3 times. With the third time taking closer to a month. They finally fixed it but I was without a bike for a total of 6 weeks. It turned out to be a valve gasket that did not get replaced and instead the original tech slapped it back on and put sealant over the gasket (on the actual block itself) to try and hide their mistake. Since then I have not wanted to deal with them. Within this time frame as well, they had gone through two different service technician crews (not just two techs, but full on staff).

Recently I saw that they had a 2017 Z125 Pro for sale and I wanted to give them another chance. I had the opportunity to talk to Mike, one of the newer salesmen there. He made my visit very pleasant. The listing on Cycletrader and on their website listed the bike at $2,599. Went in during the week to see if it was still there, told them I would come back on Saturday (today) to talk pricing. Went in today and they still had it. We got to talking about numbers and they tell me that the bike was listed wrong and that it was supposed to be $2,999. They did not offer to bring down the price, rather they wanted to sell it to me for $2,900. This will be the last time I deal with these guys. Doesn't seem like very good business to honor your own mistakes.

As I type this at 3: 31PM on March 17th, 2018 the listing is still up on their website and cycle trader for $2,599 I was hoping to get the bike for.

Great place, the staff cares about you from Sales, parts, service. Parking lot is at an angle, but more parking on North Side.

Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered some extra parts for our UTV and when they came in my wife was not happy with the look. But the parts department worked with us and made everything right. They really want to earn and keep your business.

My wife and I were looking at purchasing a Can Am Spyder from Freedom and initially had a very good interaction with them. It was going to be an order item because it was a 2018. We put a deposit down and they wanted to finance immediately which I thought was a little strange. Salesman said the order could not be completed until we proceeded with finance. We are in the process of starting a business, and after speaking with finance we decided we wanted to hold off until we were more financially stable. I called and let the salesman know we wanted to wait until after we were more established to order it. He was agreeable and said he would take care of it on his end. I also have emails to back up our conversation. After not hearing from them for a week I followed up, and the salesman said the order could not be cancelled. Fortunately we put the deposit down with a credit card and the bank will proceed with a fraud report. We will never step foot in another Freedom dealership again.

Awesome service everyone is very nice and always keep me laughing. I brought my kfx450r in for repairs, they kept me updated with the repairs and actually showed me the problems. I know I will be back to them for upgrades on my 4wheeler.

Tried to charge me $500.00 for locating an ATV, said they would give NADA price for my ATV, then wanted to give me half the price. The manager and the salesman was not honest with me. This is the third ATV that I have purchased within the last four years, but this is the worst experience I have had. I will not buy from them again.

Awesome selection of bikes four wheelers and side by sides. Very helpful and Courteous will definitely come back.
