Personnel are very respectful and professional. The waiting time is awful. I waited 1.5 hour to get screened.

The doctors and nurses are awesome. They are thorough and don’t try to rush. They explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. You don’t have to wait for hours like at the emergency room. I have gone to both the Killeen and Harker Heights locations and they are equally awesome. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled the appointment online and did my check in online, when I got there, they took me in within 10 minutes and I was out of there in less than an hour, they were very nice and did figured out exactly what was wrong

I went there for a rapid Covid test for my baby boy and they were very nice And welcoming. We waited in the car and he saw them bringing snack so he was like mom they are having a party lol so they brought us some snack then he got stickers and lollipops? That was a really great experience. Thank you guys

I had a great experience. I got there when it opened and the nurse at the desk took care of the paperwork (I preprinted and completed prior to arrival) easy. The doctor on call was very patient and caring of me and my situation. It didn't take long to get what was needed and on my way.

My first visit here was pretty decent, not as long as I expected, which was great, but I did manage to get there when it was slow with patients.so I'm not sure if this will always be consistent. The facility was clean inside, and the waiting room was a tad small, but what do you expect from a clinic? So there will be limited seating.come early! Also noticed a few people leaving due to what seemed like a long wait time for some.again, (First come first serve) However, the staff were pleasant and friendly. Doc and Nurses were professional, Doc managed to help alleviate my head cold with a steroid/antibiotic cocktail to boost my immune system and it worked within a few hrs at home, which was great. I was pleased. When I got discharged, it was between1: 15pm‐1: 30pm and the waiting room was almost full, so get here early if you can manage it.

Been here for over 3 hours and I haven't been seen yet. I think this is the same service I can get at a emergency room. THIS IS AN URGENT CARE, MOVE WITH URGENCY!

My son and I have been waiting for almost three hours. The front of office staff lack customer service skills. I overheard the manager tell the desk lady that they mistakenly called another patient before my son. We will not come back here. Do not let the good reviews fool you.

Came Into this place for a pre employment physical. Around 11 am. There weren’t many people there to begin with. When they did call me up to do my physical. They gave me a newbie nurse that couldn’t even draw blood. She poked me in 3 different places to get blood properly. I told the staff I had a deadline to meet and needed to turn in my paperwork by 3 pm. The waiting and waiting for “urgent” care in this place is a joke. Good thing I wasn’t dying. I wouldn’t come back here if my life depended on it. Only reason I came here was because this is where my new job has an account for testing and physicals.we finally got done in this place at 243 pm. I had to race to turn in my paperwork across town. This place doesn’t take much seriously. The staff was lolligagging around. So much for the URGENCY.

My daughter and I waited over 2 hours before either of us was seen, despite the patient information screen in the waiting area displaying "No patients waiting". While my daughter was finally taken to a room and treated, I had to leave before seeing the doctor due to family obligations. Inefficient. In the future, I'll make the trip to the VA emergency room rather than sit around waiting for 2 hours before getting my vitals taken.

This is where we take our son in the event his primary is booked up (which is often) and they have ALWAYS been very kind and speedy. They have explained things well and dealt with each issue accordingly. Thank you freedom urgent! We will always choose this urgent care when needed.

I will never try to go to this place again. This is the second time they have tried to charge me for my urgent care visit because they couldn’t figure out my insurance. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they were just as terrible as the last time. Why would I pay for my visit in advance when I have insurance? I went to S&W urgent care in Harker Heights and they had me in and out in 30 minutes or less and I didn’t have to pay a dime. Freedom hadn’t even called the first patient in the 30 minutes I was there and they had just opened! Never again.

Come in not a single soul in the lobby, the MA in the front needs to work on her customer service skills.go to the back 1 patient in a room and us that's it no one else. I dont know how many times I heard doors open and close but it sure wasn't ours not even an hr later. I've been disappointed everytime I've come here. Not coming here again.
