Person answering phone and making appt was extremely helpful. Vet and assistant said the appt was not made correctly and neither of them where friendly. The actual vet had zero customer relations skills and extremely short tempered. Left there is complete confusion as to why we went there.

I am disappointed beyond belief, and I feel judged. I had a dog for about three years who was not fixed because we wanted more dogs, she was taken from me, and I was heartbroken. Fast forward almost 2 years and I am trying to adopt another dog, I went through the entire process of filling out an application and was denied because the dog I no longer have was not fixed. If they’re really trying to find homes for these animals, I think they need to push the judgment a side for previous owners, who made a personal choice. I’ve seen other reviews where they are called out for rude behavior, and inattentiveness, and they resort to gaslighting by saying “I’m
Sorry YOU feel that way” and “this person is wrong. ” Grow up

I found an abandoned, not yet weened kitten and called Freeman-Fritts in the morning and even though they were overbooked they got her in the same day to check her out and give me some supplies I needed to feed her. They are amazing

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the wonderful staff. After a different vet clinic did a terrible job neutering my foster kitten and then not fixing it, they worked me in immediately and repaired it. Since then, I have taken three more foster kittens in to be spayed/neutered and they are so caring! Not only have they done a great job medically, they treat each individual pet with love. They are always kind and helpful!

Unbelievably rude and unhelpful when I called for information. Customer service is definitely NOT the lady's strongsuit.

RUDE TO THE EXTREME!
I have no idea whether or not they are good caregivers, & I will never know now.
I had a large donation of cat food & was told about this place by my vet. They were quite nice on the phone when I asked if they could/would accept the donation, but it was a different story when I arrived. I brought my dog inside with me upon arrival since he couldn’t be left in the car alone. He & another dog immediately began to rub noses, etc, but another dog that was easily twice his size went into the crazy snarling bark. So of course my dog responded in kind.
Some woman came running out screaming “you need to leave, ” “you need to leave, ” repeatedly. “Just go outside & wait, ” all in a very nasty manner. I said, “He didn’t start this! ” to which she responded, “but he’s the biggest. ”
WHAT THE WHAT?
That was ridiculous! Not to mention that the dog that started it was twice his size.
So I’m outside in the heat of the day. Fuming. I opened the door & asked to see “whoever is in charge, ” & she said it was her. I asked if she treated everyone this way, & she finally asked me if my dog had an appointment. That’s when I told her no, that I had called the day before about making a donation, but no longer. I told her they would never get anything from me!
If she had come out & assessed the situation before screaming at me to leave, & maybe saying something like, “let’s go somewhere else before this escalates, ” in a kind way, it would have been different.
What a horrible person. In telling a friend about this, she said (before I even finished the story) that she “was not a fan” because she also had a bad encounter with some woman there. She said it wouldn’t surprise her if it was the same person.

THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE:
I don’t know how you can sleep at night knowing what a liar you are. You are trying to rewrite history, & I’ve now spoken to several other people who have had similar experiences with you.
I reiterate, STEAR CLEAR!

Oh, & never fear! I found someone with rescue cats that was happy to accept my cat food donation

Took 4 kittens in for an appointment & waited almost an hour to be seen while three "techs" rambled around and shuffled supplies. They called other clients I'm assuming and yelled at them over the phone, giving major attitude to someone who seemed to be calling for their lost siamese cat. They waited for the lobby to fill up before calling us back around 4pm. While they gave our kittens shots they continuously called us cruel and said our pets would end up dead if we put them outside & would not listen to a single word said. The woman who called us cruel I didn't get a name but she was tall & wore glasses and the other woman was named Tammy. I was in shock, couldn't believe they kept calling us cruel. Over 6 different times.

We will not be returning and I hope those women find some peace in their lives. God knows they need it.

I was in town from Houston and absolutely needed an appt, they squeezed us in and saved us a lot of money, time, hassle and heartbreak! Amazing ladies

They took good care of my dog, the only thing I wish they would do is let you go back with your pet. But great service at a low cost. Thank you

We love Freeman Fritts! We adopted one of our dogs from here several years ago and continue to take her along with our other dog to get all their vaccinations. Anytime I have questions there is always someone willing to help.
