Jacob was very helpful and informative. The vehicle repair that we needed was unexpected and came at course at a very inconvenient time. It lessened the stress significantly to have someone who was courteous and attentive throughout.

Today I had the pleasure to work with Jake he was great and answered couple concerns I had. I came in to get my oil change. I personally like coming to this Honda dealership because they don’t take long, everyone is always kind and helpful. Great team work

Service was Great. I needed to have several things done to my car. Everything was taken care of in a very professional way. My waiting time was good and others in the waiting area made sure I was comfortable. My advisor was great. He was professional and knowledgeable of what was needed to get the work completed. Fast and friendly service for sure. They treat you like family. My favorite service reps have left, but the replacements are just as good- Tamika and Anthony. I only come here to get my car serviced; 7 years to be exact!

After having stopped for about a year getting my Honda serviced at freeman, I recently went back and the service has really improved, seriously I was in and out in about 30 minutes, Shannon was awesome!

My wife and I purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V Touring from Freeman Honda last Friday. Our experience with Freeman made buying a new vehicle a pleasure instead of a headache. Most dealerships have sales people standing ready to pounce on you before you even have a chance to look around, but not Freeman. We were allowed to "window shop" until we picked the vehicle we wanted to drive. The sales consultant we worked with was Worrell Francis, and he was very polite, very knowledgeable, listened to what we said, and treated us with respect. There was no running back and forth to bring the sales manager out to pressure us into buying, he respectfully left the buying decision up to us. When we were finishing up with the finance manager, Anthony Brown, again we were treated with respect with no pressure and no upsale tactics. After the buying process was finished we met Wyman King, the General Sales Manager, and complimented him on running a dealership with a friendly, knowledgeable sales staff. Before closing let me mention that we also got the best price on this vehicle from Freeman than any other Honda dealer in the DFW metroplex, plus a very fair price for our trade in. Now if the service department is as good as the sales and finance department, we have found a home for buying new or used vehicles. Be sure and check them out at Interstate 20 just East of Wheatland. All the sales consultants were extremely nice, but we were fortunate enough to get Worrell Francis, who was directly responsible for our buying experience truly being a pleasure. Kudos go out to Mr. Worrell Francis and the entire staff of Freeman Honda!

Scummiest finance people I’ve ever met. Completely unethical. They’ll tell you one thing to your face and try and change the paperwork and hope you don’t notice. I’d avoid this one if you can. The sales guys are great, but finance is pure scum. Shame too.

I hate their service. They are awful. They screwed up my tires and messed with my alignment. I knew they were messing with my car so I decided to set them a little trap. I put change in my cup holders and when I went to go pick it up they had taken it. All I ever go for is oil changes. The worst is when they forgot to put some screws on the bottom and I had a piece hanging. WORST EVER!

Bought my Acura TLX V6 there. They are just a regular dealership who are trying to clear inventory. The salesman was supposed to get me a 2nd Key of the car and he said that he would. But after I signed the as is document, they backed out of their words.not cool! Customers come first!

Anyways, its a better dealership than many other sleazy ones.but not the best

I’m not usually a person who complains and gives bad reviews, but I’ve had enough! Silence will go nowhere.
Having my car serviced at Freeman Honda would be the last time! This place looks nice, but the service is fallacious! I spent nearly TWO HOURS waiting for an oil and filter change; which takes nearly 30 minutes to perform. If I didn’t check with the front desk, I honestly believe I would have waited more time! The associate who met me outside as I pulled into the center did not notify me about my car as I waited. All I received from her - 3 minutes before I walked out - was rearranged prices for future services I would need on my car and not inform me why. I already spoke to a professional who told me everything I needed before she arrived! I highly question her knowledge about the parts and services needed.
On another note, If you make an appointment save your breath. I previously had the same service done last year under a scheduled appointment as an observation, and they continue the task in delay.
Something must be corrected at Freeman Honda to care for your customers. I’m not sorry to say you’ve lost one.

Customer service is ok. I went for a oil change and the service tech that went in my glove box used my cologne or did not care about my belonging in my glove box, because my cologne had spilled all over my items.

The mechanic that checked my van didn't know what he was doing. Neither did the service manager. They checked my van for trouble spots & got them wrong. I took the van to a local garage and over half the stuff that the mechanic wrote up at FREEMAN HONDA was wrong & didn't need fixing. This local mechanic didn't charge me anything for checking all the stuff that the Honda mechanic did, but Honda charged me $105. Won't go there anymore. Hope you don't either. But if you do and aren't satisfied, don't say that I didn't warn you.
