Renee, the manager, is very friendly and went out of her way to help me save a little money on my storage unit. Very easy sign-up process, and I don’t even have to go buy a lock because Free Up takes care of providing one with each unit. Overall, a good experience.

The call service is ok. Prefer to talk to Management. The area manager did call and really appreciate her and having everything explained more thoroughly.

This was my first time getting a storage unit and i want to say Renee was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond insuring i knew all the details and giving me my best option on which unit and made sure i got the best price! I would definitely recommend this place!

Renee was such a beautiful soul! She was helpful, patient and understanding. But not only did she have those characteristics and qualities, she was extremely relatable personable. I’m looking forward to engaging in conversation with her in near future. Once again thank you so much, God Bless you.

Review updated 9/2023 - Rented a unit for four years with no issues under previous management. Recently had to rent again and experienced communication challenges of not receiving responses to emails and voice messages. I escalated the issue above local management and my concerns were addressed promptly, along with a commitment to identify and resolve the root cause (s).
Other than that, I have never had any issues with this facility. It has always been clean, secure, and accessible. I will look to utilize them again in the future if I need additional storage.

I have tried everything I know to get into my account and pay my storage bill, due today. Nothing has worked and their alleged phone for customer service is never answered.

Cheap prices. Did everything online and got the access code come to find out it doesn't work. Need to fix that ASAP.

Wanda was very helpful. She got me signed up from out of state and made it go so easy. Very reasonable rates as well… most of all it’s clean and conveniently located. Leo runs a tight ship!

By far the worst storage place ever. This is a contactless facility. The gate has been broken since Friday, it is now Thursday. There is no emergency number on the gate to call just a generic number that transfers you to customer service. I have left a message EVERY single day via customer service and personally because I need to access my storage building and I have not had one single call back. STAY FAR AWAY!
