ANGELA ARCOS is the WORST! She was trained horribly by freeway insurance. She put in a wrong license number, wrong email, didn't apply my discount from having previous insurance and flat out lied when it came to my policy start date. Been calling her office and cell for three days with no response. Every freeway rep at this office is aware of all of her mistakes and their only action was to forward my call OR HANG UP THE PHONE. Thank good for my intuition and Tiara Miller in Houston for correcting all ARCOS damaging mistakes!
