This insurance place is amazing they had the the greatest customer service Joseph and Bianca are really nice People and they always are really helpful getting the lowest rate for insurance.
I come here periodically to get an updated insurance card, since I pay online. 20 minute wait minimum, everytime. He's just chit- chatting with another customer which is not a huge deal but it would be nice if he would at least acknowledge me. Say " I'll be right with you", or something. I feel like I'm being ignored and that feeling makes me want to take my business elsewhere.
