16 Excellent costumer service the service team is professional, communicative and responsive. The service manager Donald Ballance will go above and beyond to meet and satisfy your expectations and makes sure you leave the shop with smile.

My dad went here to get his truck looked at because his gauges would go up and down and his AC would turn on and off. They said it was the WabCo system. They didn’t bother to look at anything else. They charged him $1,100. The same day he came to get it, everything was apparently “good”. He paid and left and as soon as he left, everything stopped working. He turned around and told them, they said they couldn’t do anything until Friday. These people are useless. You should come here if you’re looking to spend a large amount of money for nothing.
The Customer service here is horrible. Don't call them because they will have you on hold listening to their lousy elevator music for 30mins and the let phone ring 10 time and then hang it up.
So frustrated with this place. Smfh
This year I’ve had to take my Freightliner Cascadia 2018 to the dealer for DEF related issues since I purchased it on 2022 (boy is it a pain) but I just would like to give this gentleman some credit (Mr Ballance) SCM I informed him on the issue that I am having w/ my Truck, he then took over. What a Very professional person, We need people like you at Every dealership…Thank you Sir
I regret coming here, they charged me 1900 for a simple air leak. It would have cost me not more than 500 in a small repair shop. They fixed something that has nothing to do with the actual leak and they failed to find the major leak which they could hear a big air blow from 10ft away.it's a scam that I didn't expect from a respected company
Just purchased my second Truck here, Chris Nwanze was amazing! Customer service is great here! I really recommend to whoever wanna buy a truck!

The parts department is the worst experience I have never have in there and very disgrace people!
Asha and Brent are my favs at this location. Asha was very attentive! She went up and beyond her job duties to make me and my 3yr old feel comfortable and welcomed. If it wasn't for Asha & Brent I probably would not come to this location due to a bad experience in the past. These two have definitely helped me get over my bad experience from the past.
Terrible customer service seems like you asking for parts for free and often give you wrong parts, when you call you better talk fast or they will hang up on you very rude people.
I called and ordered my parts over the phone went to will call picked it up, the whole thing took 10 minutes great service.
Had a code, one box issues on my DD15 Freightliner, called Becky in service, they worked me right in and I needed a wiring harness, installed and on the road in Six hours! Thanks guys!

Good place to get parts for your freightliner trucks sometimes it's fast sometimes it's slow depends on how many people are in the line but overall very helpful people
It took them a long time just to diagnose my truck (8 days) then after telling me what work needed to get done the PARTS people said that the part I needed was on back order and had no date of when it would be IN! This was a warranty Item and for a truck driver if you don't move you WILL NOT MAKE MONEY! I reached out to my contacts found the part had it overnighted to them and it still took the 6 more days to complete the repair!
