Frenchies Modern Nail Care New Braunfels

To be honest. I really didn’t love it, at all. For what I received and what I paid, did not equal. I thought the place was clean and professional. But I didn’t find it pampering at all, rushed and didn’t feel it was “full service”. I probably won’t come back nor refer. Unfortunately, the service is paid for and moved on.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the tech. She did not seem to have a lot of experience; I had made the appointment for one of their best pedicures which includes massage, scrub. I had also requested a design on one toe but she couldn't do it and the massage and scrub were mediocre. She seem nervous and even though I tried talking to her, it didn't help. She also wasn't able to do the French I wanted so I ended up telling her to just use one color on my nail. I was there for a lot longer than it should have taken, I get pedicures often so I know. Very disappointing.

The service was great! I needed A LOT of work done on my feet. She took her time and did a great job!

December 14th was my second visit to your salon. Was very pleased and am looking forward to my next visit.

Loved my first visit. Everything was pretty and clean. People were very nice and helpful. I loved my gel manicure and the products. I bought the hand scrub and nail oil. Can’t wait to come back!

Abby did a fantastic job. Salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. As a dental hygienist, I appreciate the full transparency regarding the sterilization and cleanliness practices. I was impressed and pleased. I will be back.

What a great place! We received a warm greeting, followed by a little look through all the goodies they have for sale (lotions and scrubs, even rings!), then were whisked off for our pedi. Our technician was very meticulous. I loved it! Our polish didn’t budge until we took it off which was about 3 weeks later! Two giant thumbs up!

Super clean; techs were very friendly and did a nice job. Seats were comfortable. They do not have massage chair.

This is the best nail salon ever. The level of cleanliness and customer service cannot compare.

They do require appointments, but I got lucky and there had just been a cancellation. As always, they are courteous, conscientious, and thorough. I love that they are so concerned about their methods. You are not just a number there. Also, Paula had some nail tech trainees. She monitored their work and answered their questions. I love that!

The whole staff was very attentive! They were all very polite, offered me a drink and a refill, a blanket when it was getting cold in the building, and asked if there were any other accommodations they could make for me during my appt. Abby was my nail tech and 10/10 would visit and book with her again!

My technician Savannah M. Was amazing! The receptionists were super welcoming and were kind enough to show me around a little before my service started as I had never been there before, they continued to check on me while I was in service which was also really nice. Savannah did a great paint job on my hands and feet she also was super sweet and took the time to really give me a great service, great cleaning of the nails too! I loved how clean they are with everything as that is a must for me when getting my nails done! Definitely coming back to see Savannah again!

So clean and bright in the shop. My daughter and I got excellent service with pedicures and manicures - one gel and one regular. I am now at 2 whole weeks with a simple manicure and nail polish and no chipping! Can’t beat that!

You have a beautiful conception, I was treated with kindness and I love the products I bought and the price of your products are reasonable. I can’t say that I got the pedicure I expected. The young lady was very sweet, but I didn’t get the quality I feel I paid for. The process was well constructed, but the quality wasn’t executed properly. Although her nails were very nicely done, they seemed to be part of the reason she couldn’t applying the products and execute the message due to her nails. She wasn’t able to use her fingers properly to message. I get a pedicure manicure at least every two weeks and have been for the past 40 yrs. Usually it’s for the message. Also my feet were so oily that I had to take my shoes off in the car to wipe some of the oil off. All in all my toes do look nice and well painted, I do believe I will stay with the person I’ve been using and may continue to use your products. As I said your concept and products are wonderful.
