21I think everything is seasoned well especially that shrimp. I’m a wing gal so I’m always ordering wings as of late it’s been hard to find but Frenchy’s are pretty good. I saw they were opening up around the corner from me on Fru Road JUST when I will be moving. I was able to order on Door Dash for the first time this past weekend and I was satisfied. I have I my drive to the Cypress location once. I order wings and fish and shrimp good!
Outstanding chicken, great red beans and rice, great rolls. The drive thru line can get long but it's totally worth it. Highly recommended.
Came on a Friday night the line was long, but well worth the wait! I got 5 wings, fries, slice of lemon cake & rice & beans! Everything was delicious, fresh & hot. Also, the establishment was clean so I’d definitely recommend this place!
The 1st time I visited about 2 weeks ago, my food was delicious! Today it was subpar. The chicken was so dark. The oil needed to be changed so bad. I only ate half. Maybe I will give them another try. ️
My family loves Frenchy's chicken! I went for lunch and the chicken was fresh and hot. The rolls are amazing!
The manager here is TERRIBLE! Anne.ugh! We called in an order at 8: 40pm and she told us it would be ready in 5 minutes.no mention the doors were closed or we would have to wait in the drive thru line for pick up. We said we would be there in 15mins. We arrived in 15 mins and called their phone line to let them know we arrived. We noticed a sign on the door "drive thru only" and called to confirm we were ready to pick up our order. ANNE answered and said "I can't open my door - you have to wait in line for your order. " We were beyond perplexed, since the drive thru line had 14 cars ahead of us and most had not ordered. We ended up having to wait 45 additional minutes to get back to the drive thru window where ANNE was. She had ZERO remorse for us having to wait! When we offered a bit of advice, and told her that they should let customers know ahead of time they will have to wait - again, she showed no empathy at all. I asked her to give me the manager's name, she said "Lisa is the manager.call back to talk with her. " Another associate (Julian) came to the window and was awesome and empathetic and truly listened - he was NOT the manager. He explained why they were behind - whole time ANNE was lurking in the background. He then told us ANNE was the manager. What? !? ! She blamed someone named Lisa for the operational blunder and the whole time she is the manager! She sucks and if she were one of my employees, she would be demoted IMMEDIATELY!

I tried this place for the first time and what a disappointment. The chicken had no flavor. I couldn’t even eat the corn bread because it was so dry it crumbled apart and the mashed potatoes had the flavor. This is so upsetting honestly
I recommend downloading the app so you don't have to wait in line to order your food.
I've been going to this place for awhile now. The only reason why im leaving a review is because of their outstanding professionalism and customer service. Food is always great and prices are good. 5/5
First time visit. Great food and great service. The only downside is that the desserts are served cold instead of hot. But the food is wonderful!

First time trying it. Heard it was good. The chicken.very good. The mashed potatoes and gravy.lacked flavor. Needed salt, pepper and butter. But, I will be back for sure for the chicken.
Every time I have come here it has been staffed by lazy and rude teenagers who seem uninterested in working. Drive through always takes 5+ minutes per car.
Food is good though
The attend manner were do so good, move my order to the back of people that ordered after me. I just smiled and said thank you when I left. I think she had a long day. Maybe she will have a better day tomorrow.
Good food! But they charge very high, but I'm assuming its the location. Because I have been to all the frenchys in texas, but this one.is by far the most expensive. I will not go here again. You will spend the same amount of money at timmy chans and get 4 seperate meals.lol so I can't eat here often. Food is good tho!
Service was completely horrible! My gf and I made a online order and still had to drive 10 minutes to get to their location while waiting an extra 25 minutes for our order to be complete because the fryer forgot to drop our boudain ball's. First trip there and my LAST!
It says Frenchy's Chicken, but is more of a fish place. I got the 3-piece chicken with red beans and it was barely "ok. " If we go back (not likely), will have to try the fish. Service was not the best either.
Always love their 8pc Wednesday special, tender and juicy fried chicken with allot of spices. And don't forget to order fries with extra seasoning, its taste so great together.
This was the cleanest and nicest Frenchys I have been to in Houston. The manager I think was chic fila nice. I drove 30 min to get here while working in town I'll be back.
I used to be a huge fan & eventhough the seasoning & taste is perfect and eventhough they ALWAYS get my drive thru orders correct, the size of these little pieces of chicken are so disappointing & WAY overpriced. Stopped visiting.

Ordered a 10 piece. Frenchy’s incompetently left out 2 pieces. (No compensation for fuel and time for circling back due to their incompetence.) We called it in: Darien assures that they’d Replace the full order. After driving back, Lisa, the manager on duty, replaced only 2 pieces. We bought this to Lisa’s attention and because it wasn’t her problem, she had no empathy.just a sarcastic unbothered tone.
If they’re incompetent with counting chicken, then they’re incompetent with making chicken. *PS. Lisa was completely aware of the situation and completely disregarded the promise to the customer. She made the order and we paid for her incompetence.
