Frenchy's Chicken, Houston TX

Not from the area so chicken was kinda salty & sides were not what's up! Lines long long! Gotta really have a craving to go back

First of all the since they moved the food DOES NOT taste the same. The fries, which are totally different no longer have the seasoning on them. And to top it off they ask if you want to tip in the drive thru!

Food was great. Me and the family enjoyed it. Also, shout out to the staff! Even though the lobby is not open, the young lady taking orders was a good hostess. The young lady at the window was also great!

Every time i come out here i wait a hr in the car in the drive thru.but that's because i know its gonna be worth it once i get my hands on a piece of that chicken.i always spend 38-42 dollars each visit so this time i ordered my usual 12 piece mixed meal and when i got home the chicken drums were the only edible parts the chicken was like it was refried to a horrible crisp.i wound up throwing that chicken away.

THE LINE WAS LONG, BUT THAT’S THE PRICE OF QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. THE YOUNG LADY TAKING ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE CAR WAS HELLA NICE. GREAT PLACE. GREAT FOOD. GREAT PEOPLE. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Frenchys chicken is simply the best chicken place in Houston, other than the long waiting line, the chicken and dirty rice is off the chain delicious, the staff was above and beyond professionzl and polite, trying to ease the wait by speeding up the wait process an employee was going all the way down the street tp electronicly take the orders of the customers, excelent choice check it outfor yourself!

Long lines, over priced, no season's on food after long wait before and after paying. I drove a very long ways for a complete let down.

Its been years since I've had frenchy.long drive thru line.moved faster than expected.as busy as it was, I expected hot fries hot chicken.it wasn't but it was good and I was hungry.my stomach was happy

This wonderful establishment has always served up the best Louisiana style food you can get in the Houston area, along with the terrific service that the staff has provided.

I'm not from here but when I am, I love to get some of these wings! The greens are on point and it's something about that Iced Lemon Cake.

Overall, great service! Fresh chicken and quick service. Repeated my order when ordering and verified that window before paying.

Need a little more seasoning and fry a little hard.skin wasn't that Krispy.please bring someone from old frenchy's to help out.u should be good.

Use to love to eat here.no hot sauce & the wings have gotten smaller. I guess the wings aren't in season yet like the crawfish lol

Awesome young respectable young man taking orders and also the young man at window proud of these guys Keep hiring young men like this food also great.

Fries were cold and could not be revived when we got home. I don't understand how this place always has a wait and the food doesn't come out burning your tongue.

All they had was wings, which was great, but they were very tiny! I order a 16piece chicken only, with the wings being that small, I feel they should have at least add 8 more wings to make up for such tiny pieces!

Everytime I hit the city I have to stop here. Real Staple in the Community! The drive thru caucasian Male who took our order was VERY GOOD! Keep him he brings diversity and customer service in great form. His presentation made me feel like I was at Chick Fil A.

Sat in line for 30 mins to find out they don't have The Catch of the day anymore so I'm not happy. Who wants just fish or just shrimp.combo option makes more sense

Made me wait 40 minutes and when I asked for at least a drink for the wait, they told me “No, it’s just a long line. ” But I had been waiting 25 minutes after I left the window when they told me 5-7 minutes. Crazy thing is I love Frenchys food, just won’t be coming back to this one.

If you don't mind the 30-40 munutes wait in the drive thru line it's great otherwise pass bc they are not moving fast for you and they are unbothered & unapologetic for your wait.
