Fresh Dental & Orthodontics- South Tyler

I recently went in to have a filling replace and am uneasy at the dentist. This was, hands down, the best dental experience I have had. I highly recommend them. Great dental office and exceptional staff.

Friendly folks. They explained everything to us on what was going to happen. We was greeted the moment we walked in. I will have to say it's one the best places to go. Good Quality services you just don't get much these days. Give them a try.

What incredible kindness and excellent care. I broke a crown last night. Called thus morning and I was taken care of. I am ever so grateful. That root was determined to not leave. But he was as gentle as he could be. So kind.

Short wait time generally. Great docs and staff. They worked with me on my insurance. They are knowledgeable. Had a bit of a hiccup in the beginning. Most likely insurance. That's why 4 instead of 5 stars.

Very nice but terrible at their jobs. Brackets fall off as soon as we walk out of the door! They refuse to replace without charging me!

First and last visit at this dental office today.

Let's start with the one positive. The person taking xrays was downright pleasant and the dentist was nice.

However, I came in for a cleaning and it took an hour for me to see the dentist (over 40 minutes just to get called back). Ok, maybe they're unusually busy today.

But then they tried to not do the cleaning by scheduling it in the future with more expensive work I did not request. I know it'll need done eventually, but I'm fine with it now and mentioned as much.

I had already taken off to come today and was in the office. I said no thank you, I'd like a cleaning today. "Well, let's see if we can fit you in". An hour and a half after my original appointment for the cleaning, I finally got my teeth cleaned.

If you want an office that sees more than dollar signs and values your time, join me in looking elsewhere.

This location takes on more patients than they can handle. Two times in a row when booking my routine six month appointment, they do not have any availability for 8-9 months! This is unacceptable so I fired them and am looking for a new dentist.

Organized and clean facility. The staffs are friendly and accommodating specially the dentists, they are all nice!

I had a great experience here with Dr. Kim! Everything was quick and smooth, and my favorite part was that they didn’t push me to get unnecessary procedures as some dentists do. Very much appreciated. Will be back!

The people there are nice and compassionate on what they do. I would recommend you to go there for cleaning, braces, and etc.

I am always treated like a Queen and satisfied whenever I go to Fresh Dental South Tyler. The staff is courteous and even remember my family and ask about them whenever I visit.
