I'm VERY disappointed with this company. Just started doing business with them in April '22 and first 2 orders went great. I thought I had found a new printer and embroidery for my business. Until my last order. I dropped off an order of shirts, jackets, and hats to be printed and embroidered on 9/30/22. After several phone calls and physically going into the store they finally did the screen printed shirts on 11/18/22, only took them a few hours. I asked about my embroidery and I was told I was next in line.again. 2 weeks later nothing had been done. I finally just took my hats and jackets back on 12/5/22. I was told they usually do orders of 500plus items and my order was complicated because I had different items and different colors. I did ask if that was a problem when I originally dropped off my order 9 weeks prior.and was told no problem but obviously it was. If you can't or don't want the job just say so. Don't waste 9 weeks of a client's time. Soooo disappointed.
