Dr. Prasad has always provided detailed explanation of the process for getting braces for my kid. Always been patient and provided us with the best treatment plan. Made my kid very comfortable throughout the treatment.

Having dental braces on is no short journey, but Dr. Prasad, Carmen, and the entire team at FFO made it easier and enjoyable throughout the whole process and I'm able to smile now:) Highly recommended for anyone needing orthodontic treatment!

Dr. Prasad is the best! In my late 30s, I was diagnosed with complicated dental problems which included bone loss - bone graft for implant gone wrong, couple of erupted canine teeth etc. After being mishandled by couple of dental doctors and being given up a few, one even called out that “I was no spring chicken and hence shouldn’t expect miracles! ” - I finally ended up meeting Dr. Prasad either by fate or God’s blessings. Inspite of several hurdles, COVID shutdowns- she never gave up on me. She worked on my case for over 4 years and there were times when I wanted to just get it over with but she never once gave up hope on my case. Additionally, she never once overcharge or surprise me with sudden charges due to delays and complications. There are simply no words to describe her kindness and perseverance to help others. She once told me - how she felt the need to help difficult cases like mine because people like me (rejected by other doctors) needed help too. That’s truly amazing! Now after 4 years, I am out of orthodontics but she continues to provide me the right advice for maintenance and I blindly trust her with her medical advice. She is an amazing doctor and wonderful human! I thank her heartfully for all that she has done for me!

Her office support team is also equally supportive. Carmen in the front office is super friendly and always promptly responds to any requests.

I highly recommend Frisco Family Orthodontics for any dental issue. My son wear braces for more than 2 years. My son had multiple complications including buried tooth, requirements for expanders and need braces for uniform tooth. Dr. Neelu Prasad have done phenomenal job in fixing and restoring the tooth structure. Appreciate the great effort of every team members and i wish them to provide 5-star services for the future customers too.

I am totally satisfied with Dr. Prasad’s treatment. I have two sons, one just finished his treatment and the other one will soon finish. They started their orthodontic treatment in California and had to move to Texas during their treatment. It was painful to find new orthodontist after we moved here. Some of them only accepted new patients and some of them tried to charge us as new patients plan cost. Dr. Prasad did a great job with reasonable price. My sons and I both are satisfied with the results. Also office staff is kind and well organized.
