Frisco Flyers Volleyball Club reviews
15My daughter has been going now for years, she has gotten so much better has taught her to be a leader and a sence of pride
Please consider turning the heat on during the cold snap. Currently the temperature is below freezing and the gym is cold during the exact camp.
Do better.
27DEC2022.
Nice place but unfortunately some idiots arranged for band Capricio concert inside this place which is horrible experience. Left immediately after they started singing. Horrible sound.
I spent 4 years in this club, then I realized that I should have left much earlier. The owners only care about getting your money, and think that they are doing you a favor by having your daughter in a team. Just go anywhere else if your kid is serious about Volleyball.
The owner of this club does not care about the girls success and coaches are either extremely rude or don’t coach and correct girls on their mistakes.this club is not very well run and do not treat coaches fairly at all
This club is so poorly run. My daughter's grade level didn't have enough interest, so they canceled it. No big deal. I called about my other daughter, who played club last year. I have reached out 6 times. 3 phone calls, 1 in person, a response to a Facebook post and a Facebook message. They refuse to call me back and blocked me from Facebook! Absolutely childish. This could have been handled if they would have answered any of my attempts to contact them. If you go with this club be prepared for horrible communication.
First indoor car show an it was really cool for them to allow that. If you're ever here make sure to check out the antique car next door for some amazing original classics.
Facility is okay. Not enough restroom for tournament days and sure as heck NOT ENOUGH SEATING. You aren’t allowed to bring your own chairs and they don’t have enough for the amount of people that show up. As in, not in half the people that come get a set. It’s awful. They may have good teams, but tournament days here are miserable.
After nearly 6 straight years of non-stop volleyball, my 12 year old daughter chose to make the Flyers her team. Coming from another club and having played tournaments at F. F. V. C.and against the Flyers at other venues, it was apparent before we signed on with them. Great coaches + facilities + player desire - minus complaining about stupid issues = a top notch local for your daughter to grow as an athlete/ human being. It has been nothing but positive for us.
Poorly run club with most of the coaches having only online certifications for volleyball experience.
Your kid will become just another number there.
I just called to ask for information about the volleyball and got a very offensive answered. The owner just told me that is after hour and asking "What is so important that cannot wait until tomorrow? And that I should leave a message. " In the website stated the hour from 3: 30pm to 9: 30pm, I called around 7: 30pm. I don't really know about volleyball at all and in online, there're so many different things. The owner thinking that whoever called know things about volleyball and that we can choose which one we want. And on the website, nothing stated "Leave message and we'll call you back. "
This is not how you run business. Only because there's only a few volleyball club here and you always booked, doesn't give you the right to treat people with disrespect. I just want answer, so I know which one to choose. GOD forgive this person who treated people like a garbage only because they are on top right now. What goes around comes around.
Our volleyball team was in a tournament held there. Facility was bright, clean, had small concession, 2 row bleachers and nice staff.
My daughter did the serving clinic this evening and loved it. Coach Carl is so good at being able to determine the different serving levels of the athletes and helping them get to the next step. He definitely made the most of the hour clinic, breaking down the serving techniques, encouraging the athletes and challenging them to preform many different drills. He also adds a fun environment with energetic music to keep the athletes motivated. Great job coach! We will be back.
Had a really bad experience with the "Mother" of the company, she was extremely rude, wouldn't help us find the information needed and they do a poor job in handling customer service.
We were here for a volleyball tournament. I liked this above other places we have been to because there was adequate parking, the gym was climate was sell controlled, and the staff was friendly. My only suggestion is to work out a different system for tickets and entry at the front door, as I am 100% positive that blocking the main entry and exit with tables, except for a tiny space is against fire code. I understand what you are trying to do, make sure everyone pays.
