Went there for an LTC class. It was so much fun and was informative! Thank you, John Brand, for being our instructor! They have a very clean and spacious facility. Got a free range pass after the class, so will definitely go back to redeem it!

I’ve done all the basic things here and everything was top service! I took a LTC class, done one of their date night packages (gun rental and dinner) and brought my own gun in to shoot. They are so informative, helpful, and don’t make you feel bad when you have an off day. Food was 8/10 got to be really specific when ordering steak (;

Clean, friendly and great selection of items. The lanes are well lit and have great safety features, the indoor rifle range is also great!

Love this place. Excellent staff. Always friendly. Great amenities. VIP membership is a deal if you love to shoot. My wife hates shooting but will come up with me and eat t the restaurant and then wait for me to finish shooting. Recommend highly.

This range is a great facility for indoor shooting with an amazing staff. The classes are top notch and very informative. The instructors keep you interested and engaged the whole way through. Even if you’re not a huge gun enthusiast I would recommend classes here to learn firearm safety.

I've been a member since the beginning- with that said I really enjoy shooting here, thats if I actually get a lane. I have the option to call and reserve a lane, but it seems the lanes are already filled. Too many members for this range to accommodate. I would recommend going somewhere else-it's not worth it!

I have been a member of Frisco Gun Club for 2 years and for the past 3 months they have not fixed the air conditioning in the rifle. It is suffocating hot to use the range. They are not taking action to correct this problem.

This is a great range. I also took a class here and it was one of the best I have taken. I will be taking more courses and using this range a lot more.

Edit: I have just taken a different class at another gun range. Whoa! Vastly different teaching. Frisco Gun Club was much better. I feel like if you are serious about gun ownership and carry, the classes at the Frisco club are the way to go.

Always professional and very affordable with a great selection of rentals. Not a great selection of consignments, but the new stock is good. Could use some more weekend classes though.

I’ve been to this range about 4 times to shoot pistols, so I don’t have any experience with the rifle range. The range is new and clean and I’ve always been extremely satisfied. Probably isn’t the cheapest place around, but very reasonable. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Other than buying some cheap ammo to shoot, I haven’t purchased anything, so I can’t speak to the pro shop.

Very nice facility! Clean and well kept. Good instructors and helpful staff. They were very welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I called ahead to make sure there would be available space and Steve was very pleasant to work with.

I spent about an hour the other day looking for and reading only the bad reviews. I wanted to get a good understanding of this place before making my first trip.

As soon as I walked in I was impressed by its cleanliness and friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk welcomed me and pointed me in the direction I needed to go.

I proceeded to the back where I met Kelsi who helped me rent a pistol and a rifle. I quickly got into a lane and spent the next hour testing out two guns.

The checkout process was easy and the staff was friendly.

I was honestly expecting a bad experience based on all of the negative reviews. Maybe management has stepped their game up and wants to turn things around? Who knows.

Bottom line.if you’re extremely skeptical and hesitant, like I was, then don’t be. I tend to be very critical on first time experiences however I can confidently say this was by far a great first experience here.

I will bring future friends and family here for business.

The only reason this place is getting two stars is because the range is somewhat nice. A friend and I were here zeroing in our optics on our ar-15s and it states on the website a per hour charge. We thought that meant for example we could stay for 2 hours and pay for 2 hours. However that isnt the case, they only allow one hour only. Honest mistake by us. Everything was actually going quite well and I was confused why the place was getting such negative reviews until one of the female staff members came back and nudged my arm while i was shooting (which is pretty dangerous i might add) and told us we had been there over an hour. She then continued to have a very disrespectful and condesending tone, telling us every single range in Dfw works like this which by the way, they dont. We have been to many ranges here in dfw where its not pay per the hour and you only get one hour. Needless to say we will not be returning any time soon. We also had a group of guys next to us who had rented an ar-15 from this place and it was drier than the Sahara Desert. It actually kept jamming because it was so dry and not lubricated properly. You would think that a firearm rented from a gun range would be properly maintained, especially if your paying a bunch of money for just one hour.

Nice range. Nice facilities. Staff rating depends who you get. I won't call out the unhelpful staff member that turned me off (so badly I don't want to deal with that guy again ever!) but Scott Yarbro is great! If you encounter one unhelpful staff member, try another.

This was my first time visiting this facility. My wife accompanied me as we decided to include this into our "date day". From the moment we walked into the building, we were made to feel welcomed. The gentleman that explained everything to us and got us checked in was top-notch (Tracy?). This place is first-class in every way. The professionalism of the staff is immeasurable. Initially, my wife was very hesitant about going. But, she's already stated that she definitely wants to go back. Thank you to all of the Frisco Gun Club personnel. We will definitely be returning.

Worst management ever! Done with FGC. Have been a customer since they’ve opened and a Platinum Member (military veteran) for most of that time. I made reservations today and found that my membership was expired - due to auto-renewal on card failed, which they never contacted me about. The range worker said no problem I have a lane for you. When the manager, Nathan, found I didn’t want to renew my membership he said I couldn’t use the lane, even paying cash. They also informed me they won’t honor free passes anymore - which were supposed to be part of my membership benefit, WHICH I DID PAY FOR. While the employees all seem great the management has become terrible, making it impossible to further support this already way overpriced place. Save your money and go to another local range that doesn’t have “cool-gun-guy” attitude.

Super clean and impressive everytime I come here. I bring my kids here at least once a month to: 1) eliminate their gun curiosity 2) they demonstrate gun safety 3) they have a great time.
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
If you notice you've been here at least twice a month, I highly recommend getting a membership, the perks pay for itself.
Don't forget to check out their snack shop when your done shooting, great food and reasonably priced.

To start with I'm not a big fan of having to buy a lane an hour at a time. The facilities were clean and seem to work well but the staff struggled to answer simple questions about their programs. The initial staff member we talked to sold my friend on 30 minutes for the rifle range and 30 minutes for the pistol range as all he was doing was sighting in rifles before he would join us with pistols. As he left to do that we learned the wait there was an hour-and-a-half for the pistol Lanes. This was around 6 in the evening when they closed at 8 so we asked the employee what happens if they're still a wait when our friend finishes with the rifle range. The employees seem confused by this question and after trying to clarify several times we gave up and ask the employee if there was an extra rifle range available. He said there was not but he could put us with our friend we agreed with that and everything was fine. We went to the Lane he was assigned there was only one other person occupying a lane. That person left after about 10 minutes so my group of four people are sharing one lane with three open. I would say we were there for roughly 45 minutes with all four lanes to ourselves but apparently no additional lanes were available? The whole experience made me question the competency of the staff and as a whole I felt unwelcome as a non-member.
