If I could give less than a 1 star I would. They have the worst telecommunications operators with horrible customer service. They rescheduled our appointment 3x different times because they scheduled the technician for the wrong date in which no one was home. We are still waiting for a technician to this date and it’s been weeks.

They don’t prorate their bill so I had service for 3 days and paid for whole months. I would not recommend or use them again.

Frontier airlines has no customer service support. No real person to talk to nor, no online chat. My last experience was awful. I'll think twice before, I book with Frontier again.

The sales rep sounded great from pricing to speed, which I need due to working from home. Everything went smoothly thru the installation and was told that another technician would come bury the wire within a week. Service installed on 7/21/23 it's 8/9/23 and Frontier has not reached out to have anyone come and get this wire taken care of. Note the wire goes thru steps and it is now a hazard, my mother is disabled and almost fell since her foot caught on the wire. BIG NO! Canceled them and will just stay with Spectrum.

Terrible customer service, terrible ISP. Charges on their monthly invoices are often erroneous. My bill went up 50/month for no apparent reason. The information over the phone from customer service is inaccurate, misinformation. I received equipment I had not ordered that had no setup information and no return label in the box. When I called they said it would take 3-5 days to process an RMA and that they would MAIL IT to me. I asked if it could be emailed instead, which then took additional time on the phone. I actually received the RMA email within an hour, so WTH? Now paying over 200 a month, I receive the fewest possible channels. Totally outrageous.

I've had very negative experiences with Frontiers business and residential products. Very poor customer service as well. They frequently refuse to honor their own pricing and fraudulently claim to downgrade or upgrade services while making no changes to the account.

I can’t believe after being a several yr customer you charge redundant fees for cancellation. Mind you I am canceling this service due to constant service issues that prevent me from WORKING! Straight trash customer service. All the days I could not work due to outages would cover your cancellation fees. You would owe me money. Maybe I will look into you paying me for missed work via a lawsuit.

It is impossible to cancel your internet with them. I was charged over $900 for internet after they agreed to cancel my account.

Unbelievable! After 1 year of substandard service, I canceled today. 1. Frontier charges $50 to return their equipment, which they call a "restocking fee. " 2. My service has yet to work consistently. After months, they tell me it's my problem, even though everything has worked on both AT&T and Verizon networks. 3. I was promised a gift card, initially $200, which became $100. Never came. There was some obscure excuse about why. When I moved to Keller, Frontier was the only game in town. FINALLY, Verizon is available. The modem was easy to install. I tried it for 3 weeks now. Everything works fine! Goodby, Frontier. Sorry, not sorry.

I make the orden for a connection they ask me for deposit and then they never show up to make the installation and i still waiting for the refund weeks ahead

Buyer beware they sell you a gig service but will downgrade to 100mbps, always check your connection.

I called them 2 weeks ago to cancel my service. They offered a low price to keep me on. Today I got the bill and they actually increased the bill. I spent an hour on the phone trying to cancel my service and they told me they can't do it. To call back in a few days.
These guys are crooks and ripoff artisits.

I was very happy with my internet from Frontier until I found a cheaper provider. I've now spent over 7 hours in chats over a period of 2 weeks trying to cancel my service 5 separate times.
Each time I've had to wait in queue to be connected to a first agent (who assures me that they will see me through, unlike the last agent) who then ends up transferring me to another queue to speak to a "retention specialist". The retention specialists also assure me that they will help me, before ceasing to respond and then disconnecting the chat. FIVE TIMES!
Once or twice might be a fluke but 5 times seems like a policy.
I also tried calling twice. The first time, I was offered a call back but every time I pressed 1 to accept it, I was put back to the menu. The second time I successfully chose to get a call back. Which I did get, but after a message saying that I would be connected to an agent, all I got was 7 1/2 minutes of dead air before being disconnected.
To top it all off, today, after these two weeks trying to disconnect my service, and cancelling my auto-pay in hopes that someone might contact me, my newest bill posted for almost twice my normal rate!
Tomorrow I'm going to try going to one of their brick and mortar locations, wish me luck. After 4 years with them, this experience will ensure that I will never use their services again, and actively discourage all my friends and acquaintances from doing business with them.
