Although my car was fixed, the Customer service, in the service department was terrible. From day one I felt like I was a burden or like I owed someone something. No one greeted me when I dropped my vehicle off, instead I was told it was too early. My appointment time was 0730, I arrived at 0726. So I instantly felt like I was an inconvenience. There was little to no communication in regards to the service of my vehicle. I had to call for them to tell me what needed to be fixed. Then when I picked up my vehicle, again no one greeted me! I then advance forward and asked where was I supposed to pick up my car. Then when I went to make my payment the lady at the cashiers desk never made eye contact and then told me to go to the west side of the building. I proceeded to the west side of the the building where I stood for an additional 10 to 15 until a guy approached me rudely and gave me the keys to my car. Needless to say I probably won’t go back there and I’m sure they won’t miss me, but I just think that whenever someone is spending a substantial amount of money there’s a little bit of respect and humility that goes along way.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership via phone and internet. Upon getting into the vehicle it was very easy. I live in Dallas and I purchased the vehicle in Lubbock. The car got delivered and the very next day a service light came on "PARKING BREAK FAULT" I called immediately and told the person who sold me the vehicle what was going on. He said let me get with someone and he would call me back. I NEVER recieved a call back. I called and called and messaged and messaged and nothing. I called and spoke with different people and with promises to call me right back and to get the issues resolved and NOTHING GOT RESOLVED till this day ive had problem after problem and still can't get nothing done with my vehicle. This has been my worst car buying experience ever! At this point I'm getting my attorney involved. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Tried to buy local, which this company is not! Man they will low-ball you on your trade and try and overprice the new car. Absolutely go to the dfw area to buy a jeep!

The staff was very accommodating and very easy to work with. Salesman, Alvarado Macari went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a new vehicle I'm very satisfied with Frontier Dodge and I recommend them.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealer or with a mechanic. First of all they got my name wrong the whole time, including the text that asked me to leave this review. Secondly it took them two and a half weeks to make the repair. It took so long because they did not correctly assess the problem. When I took the car in I told them that it was probably a bad front wheel bearing. I got a call the next day saying that their mechanic decided it was not a wheel bearing and that it was the transmission. And to get the transmission checked I would have to leave my car there until they were ready to review it the next week. I asked if I could make an appointment for next week so that I could use my car in the meantime and they told me no. They said if I took my car out of the queue I would have to start all over when I brought it in next week. So I left it with them. 2 weeks later I contacted them. They had trouble returning my call, and were still using the wrong first name for me even though I corrected them already. When I finally did hear from them they said that it was a THE EXACT THING I TOLD THEM WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN.a bad wheel bearing.and that they could order the part and have it delivered overnight. When I asked about the transmission they seemed to not know what I was talking about. Even when the repairs were finished, they didn't call - - we had to call them for an update. In short, this was a horrible experience, and I will never go back. I will tell everyone I know what they did (or didn't do). Shame on Frontier Dodge and their service department.

Horrible service, I waited in line to get my car checked in for service for 35 minutes before I just drove away, AND i had an appointment. I purchased an oil change service contract when I bought my jeep, but with "service" like this this it is practically useless.

The service department overcharges on there parts. BEWARE! For part#68105739ac they charged $453.10. On mopars website they have them listed for $271.40. Absurd! Won’t be going there again.

Scumbag stealership. Nobody there knows how to take responsibility or initiative. Incompetence is their Moto. You are an embarrassment to the entire FCA brand.

I called Saturday morning at 8: 15am. No one answered at the service desk. I was asked by the receptionist to leave my number and they would call be back. No one called. I looked on your website and saw there was a No Appointment Needed for oil changes. I drove in from Levelland and arrived at 9: 15. There were a few cars in front of me. I finally moved forward and made it to the overhead door. There I was approached by a lady that told be I had to have an appointment so she was not able to service my car. I told her my situation and she said sorry you have to make an appointment. I left the dealership called and had to make an appointment and return at 12: 30 pm. For a service center that pays attention to detail when you do your walk around to ensure that all scratches, scuffs and dents are brought to my attention. I would think that you would pay attention to detail of what your customers needs are. I spent 4 1/2 hours getting an oil change that should of only taken 45 minutes to an hour tops.

Recently moved here from Fort Worth and received notification that my vehicle had a recall. I made appointments to have work done but service department had s tremendous back log. After my 3rd attempt, the car inspected and part ordered. Now to return the 4th visit, for installation. The verdict is still out, seems more owners of cars/ trucks and not enough technicians to do the job.

I was treated well prior to them making the sale. Now that they have my money I'm getting ignored. I was promised football tickets and have asked about them several times and no one has responded to me. Pretty shady Frontier Dodge!

I've had my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in their service department for two weeks. The problem is that on occasion it would not start. I got my jeep out on Aug 17th. It seems it was a module causing problems. They got it figured out and all seems good. Thank you to Saul in service!

Took my truck in for factory safety recall. I arrived at appointment time and was told to give them a couple hours and I would get a call back. 5 hours later I called in to check on progress and was told again they would call me back shortly. After 30 minutes I go back to dealership myself and see what the hold up was. I was first told that they were short staffed so they were behind. Then I was told I got out on waiting list because instead of waiting in room I left my number for them to call me back on. Never heard of that one before. Then I was told it was delayed because the computers went down. I played careful attention during all of the excuses. During all of the back and forth my truck was pulled into the bay, worked on, and was back out in 20 minutes. I guess they figured I wouldn't catch onto the stall tactics. I don't appreciate being lied to. Now I don't trust my truck even got fixed correctly. I won't be coming back.

This WHOLE experience escalated to the point of me writing this review (I have NEVER gone out of my way to write a review in my life!)
I was navagation on my Jeep was not working (since I know nothing on cars and how to fix them other than YouTubing it, I got the Jeep in to be looked at). John Sanchez called me to tell me ‘the screen was out and needed to be replaced. ’ I explained that it was just the navagation, remember I don’t know cars and needed more of a explanation to wrap my brain around the screen being out when all I know is my navagation has a glitch! He proceeded to say the navagation is apart of the screen, as is the radio, etc. I explained that nothing was wrong with my radio, just my navagation, so if the screen was out how do I still have function of: radio, climate controls, apps, heated seats? John said ‘the screen is out and the radio could go tomorrow. ’ I asked how much the screen was goin to be and John told me $1100, I was devastated because I dont have a extended warranty on my car and I surely don’t have $1100, but I did think how horrible it would be to not have the ability to my climate control, radio, etc, when the screen finally gives out on me. I put my trust into a man and his knowledge he has on these matters because it’s his job.never thought he would miss guise me to make money on a screen replacement, but I also want to see the good in everyone. So I went in and pre paided $1100 at 5: 00pm for the new screen, I was not expected to pre pay, they were going to order it and when it came in have me bring in the Jeep to have the screen replaced and then pay out at that time. The next morning I called John and left a message staying I wanted to cancel the order of the screen, I was on the internet and saw other Jeep owners experienced the same navagation issues and I knew that I could live without my nav, shoot we all have smart phones and I can use that! I had to call back after lunch because I hadn’t received a call back & really wanted to make sure the order was cancelled. John explained that it was ordered and ALL SALES ARE FINAL (which would of been great to know as I PRE PAID for a item I didn’t have to pre pay on and I didn’t know was a final sale) and if i wanted to cancel there would be a ‘restocking fee of $140. ’ Ok. I got mad at this post made it clear that it is a simple fix to make a customer happy and wave the restocking fee, I mean at the end of the day to make all this go away and help me out was to just wave the fee. I’m HUGE on customer service and acts of kindness and keeping a customer happy is in EVERY field of ‘work. ’ John wouldn’t budge & sent me to the parts department, which got me know where! This poor man had to list to me be upset, he did nothin to me, he didn’t know me or the situation at hand, he told me ‘I just order the parts I’m told to order I really can’t help you with anythig. ’ So he linked me back to John, still not happy explaining to John I just want my money back Nd to please wave the restocking fee. NO CAN DO! So that’s that, I drop off the Jeep to have the screen replaced, picked it up a few days later and see my shifter was scuffed up and the mate black finish was peeling, like the black shaved off mate finish to the shifter was in plan sight, I was like what’s this!? I investigated what it was and how it got there in there parking lot, I haven’t even left yet. I showed John, John got his boss, Andrew Soto to look at it as well, Andrew said ‘ma’am they fixed the screen (and pointed to the screen) and didn’t do anything to the sifter (pointed at the difference between the screen and the shifter). I said no sir, I only know this because I looked online to see how to change the screen to my car because I was interested in knowing how it was all done.i showed them both that I have to open a lil compartment I have in front of the shifter and open the armrest up and is pull up on the middle part where the shifter is and rotate that middle peice to be able to remove the little compartment so u can access the cored to the screen.

I'm very sorry that I ever chose to send my new Jeep to this service department. They had my Jeep out of service for over 6 weeks and rarely contacted me with information. When I would call, I would be told that they would call me later with an update, but more often than not that would not happen. When I finally received my Jeep back, I was informed that they damaged my roof rack system. I also discovered that they cause damage to the paint. They agreed to fix this, but after 2 more weeks of having it. I got it back to find one of the scratches was not completely repaired.
Of the 5 months that I have owned my jeep, they have had it for 2 of them. They have caused more damage to my new car while in their care, than I have ever have.
I sincerely regret dealing with them, and will only return if there is absolutely no other option.

Purchasing my new car was the easiest and quickest I have experienced to date. Sales Consultant Clint Stephenson was very helpful and responded to all my needs and questions. He took the time to bring me the car I wanted. Everything ran smoothly from sales dealing with Clint and Tracy to Leroy Gonzales the finance manager. Very friendly people, very friendly service. Thank you I am enjoying my purchase!

I’ve been trying to make an appointment for a recall on my truck and I NEVER get a call back. No one ever answers the phone and even worse.they schedule an appointment for me on LABOR DAY, which wouldn’t be that bad except they were CLOSED! I only gave them 2 stars because they did a good job installing my remote start. 2 years ago. I had to stop by there to make an appointment.

And they did the 60k recommended preventative maintenance! Purrs like new now
