I do over the road and they always load me right away

Unmitigated disaster. No markings on building, trucks parked in the entrance ramp, trucks driving around at 30 mph in the loading dock area, they had no idea what dock doors were open or what the appointment time was scheduled for. This place is a joke.

Slow, rude, seem to not care, seem to not know anything. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. They have this lady at the window who looks like she's going for a night out. Extremely small dresses. When I arrived the first time i thought it was supposed to be a business not a night club. I have asked for a different loading location as this is very disturbing every time I come here.

Shipping women has a very ugly attitude and she send me to two different doors that they were full and i had to go back and forth 8 times

Appointment Nazis, don’t even think about checking in early

Not too bad 2 hours for pick up
That lady don't know what dock doors are available if she didn't provide the right you could go to the nearest available door and let her know which door no you back in,

Tellers not very friendly seems like they didn't like their job
