I've been with frontline since last year. My testosterone blood work originally was very low, I think 14? Now it's at 150 and I feel so much better. Although I'm a veteran, the VA does not help women veterans with our hormones unless we would like to change our gender. I'm a 45 year old woman that's premen.
The reason for 2 stars is bc when dawn resigned, my appointment was rescheduled later out. I had to reach back out to remind them since they did not follow through. I was told that NAC is not available over the counter, so I ordered them through frontline at $1.5 a pill for 90 days supply. Well come to find out that NAC is available over the counter. However, I cannot cancel the order bc the pharmacy is compounding it. Supposedly NAC prescription is better than over the counter NAC. Also frontline used to give veterans discount for serving our country; however, now they do not bc they have a nonprofit that helps over 25 veterans that are in need. I think that's wonderful but feel that frontline is disregarding all the other veterans that have honorable served.discuss my bloodwork

I will say that everyone is polite and friendly. HOWEVER, By the time you do the bloodwork, get an appointment scheduled- which that takes FOREVER, then you have to wait at least two weeks before your prescription is delivered. The entire process is not worth the headache.
