Working with Monique has been the best experience we’ve had! Prior to working with Monique we had been looking for land to build a custom home for about a year. We were previously talking with developers and looking at lots, touring model homes, but things fell through so we decided to hold off. A year later we decided to start the process again but decided we needed help, a relative of ours recommended Monique, so I reached out and everything just fell into place. From the beginning Monique understood what we were looking for. We were very particular in what we wanted, from the size of the lot, to the neighborhood, to our budget and Monique always delivered. Monique always stayed in communication with us and worked with our crazy schedules. Monique is very knowledgeable and helped us understand the process, from looking at multiple lots, meeting with builders and lenders, to starting the loan process, going into contract, and ultimately getting us the lot we wanted. She’s been there every step of the way, but our journey isn’t over! Monique has continued to help us interview builders so we can move towards the next phase in building our custom home. When I started house hunting again I knew I wanted a different realtor because of previous experiences. I went to an open house and met Monique. Right away I felt a vibe that she actually cared about making clients happy rather than trying to make the most for herself. She then introduced us to Kasie. Again, I got the same vibe. Went home and had a talk with my husband and told him I felt that this experience was going to be in the best interest for us. Kasie made our experience so smooth. We worked with Monique to sell our house in San Antonio last year and then purchase a new home this month. Both experiences were so seamless! Last year, we listed right as interest rates were starting to go up and Monique and team hustled to have constant open houses so we could get an offer as soon as possible. Monique’s expertise in staging and getting a home ready to list really helped as well. We ended up getting an offer for full asking price! When we made the decision to start looking for a new home, Monique was ready and available whenever we needed her to be. I’ll also add that several of the houses we looked at could have majorly benefited from Monique as their realtor because they needed better guidance on staging and decluttering. We only looked at homes maybe 2-3 times and find the ONE. It all happened so quickly and Monique got us connected with an amazing mortgage broker who also made the process just feel so easy and mostly stress free.
