The Manager Danell working tonight provided terrible service as she prepared shakes. Several customers including myself asked what the delay was.we ordered our food at 750pm and was not served shake until 820pm. Food was promt but not shake.by time shake served we were already done with food. I was nice and asked if she had my shake and she rudely said "I am busy and working on several shakes if you would let me concentrate I can get it done" as she was talking she turned her back and ignored me and another customer who ordered before me. What kind of service is that? She didnt even try to recover and say sorry.she had a sour look on her face the entire time. I wasn't the only one who noticed this bad behavior.

Worst experience ever. Order the Breaded chicken sandwich, and I got the smallest piece of chicken. It was not cooked well and it was mostly all breaded and came right off. We went up to see if we could get another burger, the man who was serving the food on December 3,2021 got all fuzzy and annoyed not even one sentence in. He did not offer a solution like making another one or refunding he simply dismissed me as the place was getting busy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Will never return.

The service and food was great. I am new to Houston and I will say that this is one of the cleanest restaurants I have been to in Houston.

Always a great place for a burger. I was really sad when I had saw news articles suggesting that Fuddruckers we're closing up shop. I'm super glad they are still around.

Gave me food poisoning. I ate their mushroom swiss burger and their mushrooms tasted fishy.

Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich for close to $10, I was expecting a pasture raised chicken breast with great seasonings on it for that price, and I ended up getting a frozen chicken patty that was tossed in the oil. I could’ve just gone to McDonald’s dollar menu and got the same thing. Complete scam if you ask me. How dare they serve that for that price.

The restaurant was not very busy when we first arrived, but soon after our arrival it became crowded. Portions of the restaurant were closed off to guests, leaving the main area crowded. I had a large party (of nine). Our food was good enough, but the place itself was not clean. This is the reason for 3 stars when the food was good.

The carpets appear to need cleaning or replacing and are no longer fresh. We walked to the game area and I cautioned my children not to touch anything (for sanitary reasons in a shared space), but also because the carpet had dark spots and odors.

I did not see much else of the restaurant, but unfortunately what I did see would cause me to not return.

The manager told us to leave when we got to the counter because they close at 8pm. We walked in 7: 58pm and stood in front of the counter until a woman said they were closed. They need to stand at the front door to tell people to leave and not wait til they are in line waiting to place orders. Bad customer service. Will never go there again.

Went in and ordered and after 30 minutes of waiting I go up to the counter and the manager in charge giving out the plates would not help me so after 40 minutes wasted, he refunded me my money and we left. We have always loved going to Fuddruckers but I would not recommend going to this one. The manager never even said sorry or anything. Very very weak.

Called in an order. Food is usually outstanding when we visit. Our food was Lukewarm, almost cold. When we dine it, we get much better service.

This is the worst experience ever, I’ve been going here for 14 years and the last 2 years they have been on a downfall. Sad to say but this place is not the same anymore. I’ll never be back here ever again and I hope everyone will learn not to go back to a place with bad management. I almost got food poisoning because of this and I will not support a business like that this. Be safe everyone and think twice about going to this Fudds. Rip Fudds

Decent burgers, sides are good, and solid array of items. The buns stand out as a good part of the meal, but the sauce didn't taste particularly good (I got the Bourbon Burger) and my burger was much too rare to be considered Medium. I would look elsewhere if wanting a high quality burger.

Excellent Restaurant! I love it the Hamburger. Potatoes and Sslad. Very clean and very fresh food.

Changed for the worst USED to be good now it's still expensive but smaller amount of food
(UPDATE) maybe it was just that day but the food is back to standard.

They definitely seem to be running short on manpower, my Burger was given to someone else and then our entire group's food got given to given to another group, They aren't using the pagers right now and the back room that we reserved for a party was a around 85 to 90ﾟ. It was extremely hot but they were very apologetic and made sure to make things right for us and that's what really matters. I definitely think they need more people what with the big hiring signs all over the door and everything so if anyone is looking for work they might want to go help out. Great food though and really great service.

I don't know it's if it's because they're filing for bankruptcy or not but the burgers were absolutely horrible nothing like I remember it quality has dropped way off ordered a medium Burger for juiciness and got a dry Patty also ordered a half pound Patty and my son ordered 1/3 Patty and there was literally no difference other than the cost if you cut corners you will lose business people are not stupid they will notice if you improve things people will notice good luck

They never fail me. While I typically get the hangover burger, and the wedge fries with extra seasoning to dip in the jalapeno cheddar sauce, I was healthy this time and just got a build your own Burger on lettuce. It was delicious and I didn't feel bad not having the bun because of all the flavor with all of the free toppings.
