Fuddruckers, Houston TX

Our Fuddruckers closed and we travel from Bryan to eat here. That is how much we love the burgers!

Food was not fresh. Very slim pickings on menu selection. Ran out on fountain drinks, condiments, cheese sauce tasted water down. Been going here for year's. Don't know what's happened. Very disappointed!

Waited for at least 15 minutes. Not one person acknowledged us. We left. I would have waited if they had only greeted us and asked us to wait a moment. Other customers left as well.

Hadn't had a meaty hamburger for a while, so I just had to stop by. I was not disappointed.what a thrill! Got a 2/3 lb hamburger with pepper jack cheese and grilled onions & and mushrooms, then finished decking it out with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and all the mayo and mustard I could pile on.

Is okay. You get to put your topping la on of your choice but not convinced that this reflects the price of a fast food place. Side note, The shakes are really great!

The staff does their best, but you can tell they are extremely short staffed. Food was amazing as always.

Disappointed that the burgers that used to be made fresh on site seemed like Bubba burgers from Walmart. This is a great icon restaurant and there’s not many left so I will continue to support it. But I wish it were up to the standards that I remember.

We bought two burgers on mine I had big chunks of salt every time I took a bit I taste it my boyfriend didn’t taste his instill the last bite

This is a epic food place and the smoothy was like a taste of heaven. I love it and would go here again if i can

Thank you Katerra for taking care of this disabled Veteran with my discount. Your great smile was well received too. Your store was really clean and cool. Now for the food I had some amazingly good chicken strips that came out nice and hot. The beer batter that they are made with was awesome. They have a lot of chicken and not overly battered. The onion rings and fries were really good and seasoned just right. In closing we enjoyed some good chocolate chip cookies too.

Stopped there for lunch today, CASH ONLY credit card machines down. Saw only 2 employees there Cook and Cashier. I showed up about 1: 30PM for lunch and 5 or 6 other people came in after me. One Multi Selection Coke machine WATER & ICE ONLY
Hot cheese clearly watered down. No Mayonnaise dispenser on counter No Ketchup Dispenser Small Bottles of Catsup Ask for Mayonnaise was given little TO GO packets I wonder is Fuddruckers Tidwell is closing Hmm?

Just had lunch there and was pretty bad. They have signs up apologizing about a supply shortage, but working in the industry i am unsure of what supply shortage there is. They didn't have mayo or katchup out, in their normal form. Just store bought bottles. Half their menu is blacked out. They had some sort of weird cheese sauce in place of their normal cheese sauce. It was gross and disgusting looking. I couldn't figure out what it was. Looked like egg yokes.they don't have working soda fountains, only can drinks. No wedge fries. The burger bun and patty were good. The people are nice. Food and atmosphere are going down.

Wasn't expecting to spend $30 on two burgers with fries. Haven't been to Fuddruckers in close to three yrs. Pricing has changed as well as the menu. The food tastes decent, but there is a lot of competition for burger spots in this area.

I requested grilled tomatoes. Simple. I get, we can't do that. It's not on the menu. Grill onions is on the menu. I hate onions. Also, coke dispersing is broken. Mayo is out.
Don't come here. Go to I-10, west houston.

It has been a while. Man this was delicious. The salad bar was well stocked. They had the 100 drink machine.

I hadn't been to a Fuddruckers in a couple years. The first time we showed up they weren't open because the manager wasn't there so we left after about 20 minutes. We came back a week later and they were open but did not have potato wedges. Their menu was about half the size of what I remember. We ordered 1/3 size burgers. My friend tried to put cheese on his "skinny fries" but it was basically yellow water. The burger had the shape and texture of a pressed 1980s elementary school soy burger. It was obviously not fresh. It was also greasy and flavorless. I'm not sure if all Fuddruckers are this way now but I don't think I'll pay to find out.

Horrible experience.young guy at the front that took order looked like he could careless, and didn’t even greet us. He stood there and I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order. This was at 6pm may 26. Unacceptable. They ran out of hot dogs. Out of the 4 types of fries/potatoes they only had one type of fry in stock. All in all, won’t eat here again and I suggest other to just go to any other burger joint.

First time trying Fuddruckers heard good things but this location, customer service sucks, cook and cashier chatting about schedules completely ignored us. After some time we walked out.
