Fuddruckers, Houston TX

I used to really like Fuddruckers but the service and food today 3/13/21 was horrible. There was no love in the food and I guess that comparing it to Luby’s which next door. The seats had crumbs from like 4 customers before and I didn’t even want a to go box because it was just that bad.

Gotta do better guys.quality burgers is what you guys are known for not patties thrown on a hot surface served on a bun.

Great hamburger that you add the toppings. French fries are awesome with lots of dipping sauces.

Ordered to go. They did not include any utensils like I asked. There was no ketchup even after specifically asking for some. Food was decent

It's pink floyd. I had asked what band this was because it looked familiar And he had guessed the who but it's actually pink floyd. Oh and the food was dank

This place is awesome! The best burgers and service in Town. The bussboy keeps the place spotless. Can't wait to return.

The service here is terrible. The girl taking our order wouldnt acknowledge us as we placed our order I kept asking her if she got it and just gave me a death stare. Stay in school if you hate your job that much

Food is excellent, and service is good.this location could really be a 5 star ratings except for a lack of tidiness considering that they are fully staffed.tables are always sticky as well as the drink station.a bit more attention to detail would serve them well

Terrible service, terrible staff, unprofessional at to go orders, I called a to go order for pick up: 20 minutes before I got there, I got there, waited and it still was not ready. No excuses bad place go somewhere else.

Then I call to speak to manager Shandra, she offered no solutions. If you’re on your Way to airport DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS PLACE YOULL MISS YOUR FLIGHT!

Shout out to Melvin. He made my day! Burgers and fries were amazing. And then we got milkshakes to go! Which Melvin brought to our table. And the guy with the awesome beard cleaning tables was super nice too. Best Fuddruckers visit ever.

A bit on the pricey side for a burger, but it is definitely a good one.

I'd also recommend their grilled cheese sandwiches, very good.

Food was good, the staff was a little rude. The guy at the register obviously doesn't know the menu, he over charged us, and when we brought it up he was like talk to the manager. There was a leak in the ceiling in the booth behind us. Overall I wasn't impressed with the place but the food was good. Won't be back to this one again

Nice array of burgers, including a great vegetarian option. Quality food at a decent price, one of the best burger places in Houston.

Good staff, fast, clean. They were out of straws and lids took longer to refill that than get order.

Tried eating the hangover after a hangover. I ate half of it and felt like throwing up. Still a really good burger though.

Very tasty cheese for the potato wedges. Food was fresh as always and the service was good. The restrooms where clean and I appreciate it.

Comfort Food Deluxe. Hamburgers with the fixins like you like and the amounts you like with the condiments that you want, not what someone decides for you. The Hot Cheese and/or Hot Jalapeno Cheese are the best and it's a free topping as is the horseradish sauce for the steak sandwich. The onion rings are delicious and the fries & sweet potato fries are too. I didn't try the shake but saw someone with one and it looked yummy.the buns are fresh and all the toppings are as well. Enjoy

Fresh made burgers on awesome buns. Coke freestyle machine was fully stocked today. Friendly service.
